28 East TeaRoom will give you an elegant and delightfully delicious experience. Once the warmer weather arrives we will have extended hours including evenings, and seating on our large front porch, with a view onto the famous Midwest Theater 'Festival 56' and mainstreet. Full afternoon Teaservice by reservation. Happy to host your special event.

Food: We have traveled to Princeton to meet up with family, and through the chamber we found 28 East. Our reunion was even more special because of our experience in the Tearoom. The owner has done such a beautiful job of transferring us (and it was easy to see the other patrons as well) into a world of charm, relaxation with excellent food and service. My best words to describe this place would have to be 'It is the best kept secret in Illinois!' |

Food: If I would live in Princeton, Il, 28 East Tea Room would be my second home. The experience I had there with my daughter and husband was not just a lot of fun, but rather 110%perfect. We were so relaxed and satisfied with the food and the service. After our wonderful lunch we had a glass of complimentary cherry in the red room. We had a hard time leaving. We hope to be back soon. |
