Food: I visited A Cup of Tea last week with my daughter.(almost did not to because of the last review). I was very impressed. Retail was in its own space-perfect. Lovely and simple atmosphere, excellent service, the food was very good (the best quiche I've had at a tea house). To me, quality and presentation of the food also make the tea experience good or bad. The tea selection was good for us although I know some patrons of Tea Houses like a larger selection. Our teas were very good. I will be bringing friends to visit soon! |

Food: I went with daughter and two grand daughters, we waited a long time to be served. I had to ask to be served. We were never asked if we wanted more tea. The atmosphere was very nice, but the service was lacking. |

Food: Three of my friends and I came to A Cup of Tea for afternoon tea recently. We travel for tea together often and had heard about this new establishment through another fellow tea affectionado. We found the decor delightfully cozy, but the room too cool. We noted that not only we, but other patrons kept their coats on while having tea. The food was excellent, however, there were only five teas offered to us and they were all flavored. We asked our server if we could have unflavored tea, but were told those were the only teas available. We also asked if the teas were loose or bagged and were told they were loose. I am so sorry you were very cold. My contractor informed me wrong about my gas in my store. It is nice and toasty now. Sorry for your inconvience.About our tea selections. Our menu always states 7 blacks, 1 green, 2 or 1 herbal, and 1 ice tea. Our selection was very wide. We do offer to customers to smell any tea they would like, again, I am sorry you did not get that chance. Please, next time, ask your server to sniff any tea that you would like. I did belong to a tea group and have been too many tea rooms and I have only been to one tea room that offered all of there loose tea to sniff at your table. Food: A friend and I visited this tea room in February and had a lovely time. The food was very good and the service was also. The interior was just perfect for the person who likes a 'girly' tea time. I will definitely visit again (and again)! |

Food: Thirty eight of us had a wonderful tea luncheon at 'A Cup of Tea' on December 20th for our Red Hat Chapter 'Havin' Fun Bunch' Christmas Luncheon. The food, the staff and the service was all wonderful. The tearoom looked lovely all decorated for the holidays. We had a grand time and would highly recommend 'A Cup of Tea'.
