I did not leave a review the first time I visited the tearoom a few years ago...just stopped in with my sis for a cup of tea and a sweet. We were served a teabag tea and Otis Spudendecker (sp?) muffin that i can buy at 7-11. Well I was convinced by a friend to give it another try, she had not been before, but I abliged...as we pulled in staff were outside the door facing the entrance, they were smoking, I am all for a break time, but right in front of the entrance???? Needless to say, I was stunned by the menu, potato chips...really? You are NOT atearoom, more a luncheon place. Loose leaf tea is a must, but you have none??? Odd to me and apparently others. What a shame that unknowing folks would think this is a tearoom!

I agree with the previous reviewer. How can they call themselves a 'tea room' when they offer 4 or 5 teas I could pick up from the grocery store??

The environment that Aggie's tea room creates is exceptional as they have intricately decorated every square foot of their establishment. It is for this reason that one would come with high expectations for an enjoyable afternoon tea experience.

This is a TEA ROOM after all and it is absolutely unforgivable that Aggie's TEA ROOM not only doesn't carry loose leaf teas but has a very limited tea selection. The Orange Spice is a black tea, and even though I stole an extra tea bag and to put in the pot, I must say it was blandest black tea I have ever lay my lips upon. How on God's green earth can the 3 other people that have written a review of this place say with a straight face that 'the variety of fine teas offered' or the 'artistry of tea preparation' were anything less than la...
