Aladdin's Tea Room is located in Redlands at the Tri City Center mall, just off Alabama Street & Industrial Park Ave. Right next to See’s Candy.
Among the quiet community of Redlands, Aladdin's Tea Room is known as 'Redlands Best Kept Secret.' With it's English charm, Aladdin's Tea Room has quickly become the best Tea Room for lunch and afternoon tea in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
Our menu includes Aladdin's Cranberry Scones, Creamy Soups, crisp Garden Salads, delectable Sandwiches and sensational Desserts. Everything is made fresh and completely by scratch, though we can't take credit for the bread. If your diet is vegan or vegitarian, we've got you covered.
We will host your birthday party, baby shower, bridal shower, anniversary party, office party, promotion, or holiday celebration. Food: What a darling tea room. This is the first really feminine tearoom I have seen in this area. The colors, drapery, art work, china and crystal...wow! Tasteful, classy, delicious! You have the largest selection of teas I've ever seen. I loved the DeLa Creme, and the Chocolate Chai. Can a girl ever get enough chocolate?. Thank you for the perfectly delightful time. Spectacular! So peaceful, calm and delightful in every way. The knowledge of tea, the antiques and selection of tea cups, tea pots and tea products are second to none! Must enjoy an afternoon here as often as you can! |

Food: A friend and I were throwing a bridal shower, only to have our location cancel on us the week of the event. Aladdin's Tea Room took sympathy on us and agreed to host us literally days before the party. They stayed open 3 hours beyond their usually closing time so that we didn't have to change our time, and accomodated us in every way possible. Not only were they gracious hosts, but the tea and food was excellent. We chose 4 teas, but they also brewed a special flower tea for our guests honor and served a special Blood Orange tea (my favorite) to end our party. Their scones and quiche were some of the best I have had. Flakey pastry, flavorful, and artfully presented. The location is small, but whimsically decorated. I will definitely be back. My only regret is that we didn't book them initially because if I was amazed at what they did on short notice, what can they do when they have lots of time to prepare? |

Food: Recently, I surprised my mother with a Mother-Daughter tea and selected Aladdin's Tea Room for the occasion. We were both so pleased with the entire experience, from start to finish, that we already have plans to return with more family members. We have never had such exotic teas nor have we ever been treated with such a personal touch; We left feeling very special. Food: Talk about a break from the ordinary! What a wonderful little retreat. A place to gather, relax, and unwind. You feel so welcome when you enter, and that is expounded upon to the point that, before you know it, you have spent two hours in comfortable, warm enjoyment. Elegant dining meets casual atmosphere, and there are so many different teas to sample, last count was 53, I look forward to many visits with my friends here, And the gift shop! Oh you wouldn't believe the little unique treasures tucked away.... You just have to go see for yourself! |

Food: The owners have got to be writing these reviews. I have been here 2 times and its been terrible both times. The desserts were bad,they tasted like they had been in the fridge for too long and really were nothing to speak of. I was assured that desserts were fresh and baked daily. I dont think so. The tea was good but the service was not.The soup was good but I will not be back. |

Comments are gathered, good, bad or indifferent, and their content analyzed. As a result, I work closely with my staff discovering new best-practices in meeting our customers expectations. On occasion, we fail to meet the expectation of some. Even after your first experience, you afforded us the opportunity of a second chance to make it right. Thank you. I will continue to seek new ways to improve our customer service. Our desserts are baked by our staff with quality products, both in the morning and throughout the day as needed. As a small business, we cannot afford to mass produce baked goods. Moreover, we cannot afford to serve old and stale items to our valued customers, like you. Incremental baking works best for us. Without knowing the undesirable dessert, I cannot comment much more than that. While I would never dream of dismissing your comment or invalidating it, please note that the other comments left on TeaMap are equally valued and important. To diminish or invalidate others comments by saying “The owners have got to be writing these reviews” is unfair and inappropriate. You may not share their opinions, but their opinions matter too.
