  My favorite NY restaurant. They treat their customers very well and have the best scones in the city. Hundreds of tea varieties are offered but my personal favorite is the fruity black Birthday Tea. Ask for the neighborhood discount.

  The prices are good, food is good, but service is slow. Go if you have plenty of time and are in no rush.

  Chapter III feels slightly more adult than the first two, but it's really for everyone. It's an easy walk from the Met(ropolitan Museum of Art), which makes for the perfect day out, even in bad weather. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the artwork in the tearoom was pleasant - yet another take on the Alice theme. If I were to give any criticism it would be that the water was not quite cold enough and the tea was not quite hot enough. That is easily rectified, though and only happened once.
