Spring hours: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. Parties can be arranged for any day of the week and for evening events. Extended summer schedule begins in July!

Food: This tea room was exquisite. The scones were delicious, moist, and of great variety. The tea served was looseleaf in an infuser of the most interesting and practical design, and they sold every tea on their menu in a form you could take home. Many of the teas were prepackaged, but if they were out, the server was great about bagging some for you. The tea was wonderful, the food was whimsical and delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The wait for the food was quick, hot, and scrumptious. I wish I lived closer, so I could bring my grandchildren on a regular basis! |

Food: The place is for sale which may account for the poor service we received on our most recent visit. We had reservations and yet waited for an hour for our food. There seemed to be one person in the kitchen and one person serving the many tables of diners. This arrangement was true when the establishment opened, but had improved and become a favorite place to go. The thought of the Long Beach Peninsula being without a tea room is sad, but perhaps better that than one where the service is so very, very poor. |

Food: My husband and I enjoy fine teas and great food; All the Tea and China has both and provides wonderful and efficient service. Our server was quite knowledgeable with the teas and was able to produce much information on flavor/taste as well as even information on the prodcution end! I would whole-heartedly recommend this wonderfully quaint tea house to anyone who enjoys tea! One last thing, the scones are by far the best I have ever experienced! Such unique and beautiful gifts as well. WONDERFUL! |
