Unfortunately, we have been unable to reconcile a renewal of our lease here at 20 Court Street, Plymouth.
The past 5 years have been enjoyable due to our terrific customers and visitors. We have closed the Tearoom operation effective Thursday January 19, 2012.
The Teashop operation will be open January 25th Wednesdays – Fridays from 12 – 4:30pm and Saturdays from 9:30 – 1:00pm. As of February 11th all of our operations at 20 Court Street will be closed.
During this transition time we will expand our ‘Online Store’ to continue Tregothnan Estate teas(the only tea grown in England) and products, plus add teas, brewing devices and new items for our current and new customers. We will continue to update our website and outdoor signage as to ‘Sales’ and other goings on.
‘All Things Tea – plus’ will continue in operation after 20 Court Street.
Thank you for your past and hopefully future support .
Richard and Linda

I held my Aunt's Bridal Shower at All Things Tea and I couldn't be happier. The owner, Richard, is wonderful. Not only is he warm and helpful, he is patient, kind, and such a nice guy! Richard and his staff member handled everything - from telling us all about the tea selection to a beautiful presentation (including a beautiful bouquet of flowers I wasn't expecting). We ordered several Earls for the group to share, which were served on silver platters and tiered trays; it was elegant and beautiful.

We also had a guest arrive late because her family member had just had a baby. All of the food had been cleared at this point, but they immediately served her tea and food (on a tiered tray) even though it was almost time for them to close.

Richard also displayed and cut the cake for everyone, and took care of the wrapping paper and tissue paper as my Aunt opened her gifts. It was truly a special experience! Highly recommend to anyone planning a small private event.

I attended the Royal Wedding Tea event. I had a delightful experience with friends. The food was superb and the tea was absolutely delicious and plentiful.
I will definitely plan another event at this tearoom.
