I have been to Anna's Tea Room five times and have never had a bad experience. Superb food, service, hospitality and atmosphere. It is by far by favorite tea room in the York area.

Anna's is by far my favorite tea room around, and I've been to a few in the area. The White Raspberry Ginger tea was very good, along with the delicious menu. Give your taste buds a treat and visit Anna's soon. It's the best!!

My friends and I have visited other tea rooms, but keep coming back to Anna's. It is the best, for tea, food and atmosphere. By far the best.

Three of us had tea here Sat. My friend Anna's first tea ever. She enjoyed the food and the decor. She is from Boston, so will not be able to visit often but hopes to return to the tea room. Kathy and I are regular attenders and try not to miss the monthly menus. Always a delight to try her food and new teas on the menu. If you have not visited here, you need to make time for a tea at Anna's.

This was my 2nd visit with my mother-in-law for Mother's Day and Brenda (the owner) could not be more gracious and her menu just keeps getting better! She greeted us outside as usual and her husband Barry did as well. The ambiance is very warm and relaxing. Brenda treats you like family! Brenda had a special menu which included a savory steamed shrimp stuffed with crabmeat as an appetizer, delicious creamy springtime soup with fresh asparagus and a scrumptious pecan crusted chicken breast served on a bed of greens with a raspberry walnute vinaigrette that was out of this world! There is an extensive list of teas, I particularly enjoyed the cactus tea (very creative and delicious, don't let the name steer you away).

The food was not presented in a traditional high tea fashion nor was it as good as you would expect for the price and the ratings on this website. The bread was simply cut into square quarters with the crust left on. The food was not the high quality that I have experienced at other York County tea rooms. I was shocked at what was offered for the children - canned noodle soup, half of a dry tuna sandwhich (no mayo) and ice cream. They charged $12.50 for that. When my sister asked if her daughter could have a salad as she didn't like tuna, the answer was no. Not good customer service. I will never go there again. Try the Front Porch Tea Room in Hellam. The hostess is gracious and the food is excellent.

My friend,JoAnn, and I took a road trip to Anna's Tea Room. And, I am so glad we did. Brenda and Barry (owners) were wonderful. The food is excellent - not your regular little tea sandwiches. Great selection of teas. And the desserts - yummy! Brenda offers a different menu each month. You MUST visit Anna's Tea Room.

Brenda, the owner of Anna's Tea Room, helped me plan a wonderful 'PreNuptial Celebration Tea' for my friend. It was a wonderful affair, enjoyed by 25! The harpist was delightful. The menu was perfect and the food delicious. I highly recommend Anna's for special events~! I continue to enjoy tea here on a monthly basis and will continue to do so in 2009! Best wishes to Brenda and Barry.
