What a lovely place for,a nice lunch. Nice background music and atmosphere, and most importantly really good food. I will bring friends and out-of-towners here for a nice experience.

Tea rooms are not all equal and Mitra raises the bar for other tea rooms to follow. I've visited many in the area and Mitra's is at the top of my list. The quality of the food both taste and texture, the presentation, and the price can not be compared. Everything served is definitely a do-over. It makes it hard to have to choose because you always remember the last you had there and it is worth repeating.

I have been visiting Mitra's Tearoom for years and am always pleased with both the service and my meal. The portions are generous as I leave full and satisfied every time. There are different flavored iced teas to choose from every day and the bread pudding with caramel sauce is so soooo good. I have asked the server and all items on the menu are prepared in house!(which is rare these days). I definitely recommend this place. It is fun to walk around the antique mall too! A+

I visit Mitra often and the experience is always wonderful. Inviting admostphere, server, Stephaine is friendly, professional and always remembers my name. Mitra's soups and quiche are savory and fresh. This by far is my favorite tearoom!

Mitra's t was like finding a Pearl. A cute Tearoom tucked away among Antiques's and collectiables. The flavored Tea's, food, and dessert's were excellent as well as the wonderful service. My new favorite place to dine.

This is my third visit to this lovely tearoom. Wonderful teas, beautiful food presentation and awesome servers create a very pleasing experience. The desserts are just phenomenal!

Our group of ladies the Frille's love Mitra's Tea room. Mitra & her hostess Stephanie treat us like Royalty. The meals, beverages & desserts are delcious & beautifully presented. Thank you again for a wonderful time for The Frilles, Friends of Marcille.

Wonderful food for me and my daughter. Best chicken salad sandwich around. Big portions. Will come back to eat even when I'm not out shopping. Service was exceptional...!!!

I spent a lovely time with friends this afternoon at Mitra's tea room. The food was delicious & Mitra is a warm & gracious hostess.

We love going to this tea room. The service is wonderful and the food is delicious.

I am writing this review 2 hours after our wonderful meal. So I am still full and the experience was GRAND! I took my oldest 14 yr old GRAND daughter to the Artisan Theater and then on to Mitra's Tearoom....for a late lunch....

It was almost 3pm and raining, but we found the little room inviting and quaint in the back of the store. The service was warm, this tea menu was like I have ever seen. We were sitted, ordered and waited patiently for it to arrive and we were NOT disappointed...The tea included a tiny pitcher of warm cream and hard brown sugar cubes. We both chose the sampler plate that included ALL their BEST. At first, I thought the price was a bit high but the price included any beverage and dessert. But as the TONS of yummy food arrived in courses and each course was s... (more)erved on beautiful pieces of old china and each piece was graced by a lovely paper doily. We were not sorry we had come. I chose the Tomato Basil soup and my GRAND chose their signature potatoe soup. Both were tasty, and perfectly presented. The platter included the cup of soup, an amazing little roll that we both thought was a cream puff and a tiny sweet muffin both served with strawberry butter. YUMMY!

Then the real platter arrived with a full serving of chicken mushroom quiche, 3 beautiful sandwiches of egg salad,a fruited, nut chicken salad and cucumber cream cheese along with a salad...we both chose the house salad but they also had ceasar. The sandwiches were all cut in shapes...and were generous portions. I made myself eat most of the very good slice of watermelon that topped off the plate. NExt problem was to decide on a dessert from all the choices. Dessert after all the tea, soup,rolls and the plate of food was not needed and we both were not really able to enjoy it but we chose one piece of the Coconut Cake and Chocolate cream pie...and asked for it to go....When it arrived our beautiful waitress excused her need for bringing mismatched forks for us to sample. When was the last time that ever happened? NEVER! I can't even RAVE enough about the FOOD or the Delish...DESSERTS or the TEA......or Mitra's Tearoom or Mitra herself. My GRAND knows I love to cook and bake and I bake a great quiche,a pretty wonderful chocolate pie and cakes...to boot....but she told me....I had someone.....to work against now....

Everything is made fresh and from Scratch and you need it....by each bite.... Was a WONDERFUL day we had.....

That should say it....all!!!

But then I even ASKED Mitra for a job!!!!! Maybe next you stop by I will be helping Mitra in the back tocook and bake....and will welcome you to this WONDERFUL TEAROOM.....if not I hope that we meet one day at lunch to savor.....some more morsels....

Excellent chicken salad sandwich and the Cherry Apricot iced tea was fantastic.

I had my birthday tea party at Mitra's. The service was impeccable. Stephanie anticipated our needs and served us with a smile, professionalism and a joy that made my special day even better. I have visited this tea room before and Stephanie remember my name and what I enjoy ordering. I visit many tea rooms but this is my favorite (atmosphere, quality of food, choices, desserts) all wonderful!

I went to Mitra's Tearoom for the first time today on the recommendation of a coworker. I was not dissappointed! Stephanie took great care of me and the food was wonderful! The setting is not what you'd expect for the location - very pleasant, calm and relaxing! I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch and look forward to more!

two of us took a friend to lunch and had so much fun looking around the store and then in the tea room! Wonderful food and ambience! Will definitely return soon!

Yesterday was my first time here on the reccomendation of friends. I was thrilled to have been led to such a treasure so close to my home. The food was divine, the tea fantastic and the service superior. I predict many visits to this lovely place in the future.

Mitra is a fabulous cook! All of the food is prepared on-site. The presentation is fantastic as is the service. It is a great place to have a luncheon. I highly recommend Mitra's Tearoom plus the antique shopping after eating will keep you entertained for some time.

I was really impressed with this tea room. Loved the chicken salad with almonds and cranberries. I will definitely be back.

I recently had tea with my step daughter an d tried out their new buttermilk pie. Oh my oh my I have found my favorite pie! We enjoyed ourself so much that my step daughter Sunny is going to have her 19ty birthday party here in November

The atmosphere is antique; it was hot and did not have good AC. But I sat right next to the fan and was fine. There was a good tea selection, and the food was good. The service was good, and the shop is big.

The tea and the food are excellent.I would tell everyone that I now about Antique Outlet & Mitra's Tearoom. Their tomoto soup is to die for. If I could go there everyday I would.

This tearoom is what a tearoom should be...the mall looks like a place where you can find a great buy. It's a mystery around every corner. It's not staged like many of the new malls. When you discovered the tea room and its atmosphere was charming and a perfect match to the mall's atmosphere. I can't wait to try everything on the menu. I had the tea sandwiches with a cup of soup and a salad (great price). I truly enjoyed the cucumber sandwich and the egg salad sandwich. It reminded me of my mother's sandwiches and the soup was savory. The service was personal and caring; my favored tea glass never went empty. I was carried away by this perfect gem of a tearoom. I'll be back, again and again.

I was invited to Mitra's by my best friend Apryle who raved about this place! I now see why and I do agree wholeheartedly. Mitra and Stephanie welcome you with open charm and grace. The food is beyond wonderful and hard press to pick a 'fav' I have to pick the tomato basil soup and the spinach/chicken quiche coming in a close second. They were out of the red velvet cheesecake (known favorite) so I will try on my next visit! I have shouted 'this is the spot' to anyone out there who can't help but listen! Thank you ladies for my experience, you are both as execptional as your tearoom!! See you real soon...

One of my favorite places to meet a girlfriend for shopping,talk and tea. The food is excellent, service is elegant and I would recommend it to anyone who likes to be treated with style!

I visited on a Thursday . The experience was divinge. A special treat. The Quiche was to die for. I shall return.

The setting was beautiful, the service was impeccable. It makes a perfect location to enjoy the 'girls-day-out' or a 'birthday lunch'. A couple of the sweetest moments were: watching an elderly couple enjoying a slice of the divine coconut cake, and the blissful look on a young lady's face, savouring her lunch in the corner as she was reading her book. If I were a movie director...I'd pick this location for my film. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Mitra's Tearoom is a splendid place to enjoy refreshment and friends in a relaxed setting. Our impromptu gathering of 9 could not have been held in a more inviting atmosphere! The food was delicious and graciously served, in spite of the size of our group. We look forward to making more happy memories at Mitra's Tearoom!

This is a hidden gem. Some of the best food and nicest people. If you have not been, you really don't know what you're missing.
