My friends and I go out every year to have our Christmas Tea & gift exchange. This year we picked AntiquiTea. We plan on having it there every year. The food and service were great and the tearoom is more beautiful than you can imagine. Can't wait till the antique shop opens. Love it!

Our group had our annual Christmas tea at AntiquiTea and it was just delightful! Not only was the food and service great the place is breathtaking. I was told their antique shop will be opening soon. Hard to believe it could get any better!

Our Group ofRed Hatters with Heart, had a wonderful time at our Merry Christmas luncheon on Dec. 15th, 2011. The Tearoom was beautifully decorated and the soup and quiche that we order were delicious. The service was great!

What a lovely place, the gift room the food and the decorations are just great. I have never felt so at home. The owner and her staff couldn't be nicer. I wish them well.

When I want to treat and surprise my friends with something special, I always go right to Antiquitea. Many of my 'guests' have commented that they have ridden by this little treasure, but never thought to stop in. After I take them to tea or lunch, they rapidly change their minds and promise to return-soon. Everything is always perfect at Patty's place. Both she and her staff strive to make her guests comfortable and satisfied. Patty greets every cutomer with her warm smile and great personality. How lucky we are to have such a beautiful friendly place so close to home in the borough of West View. Thank you Patty and Girls!

I had such a wonderful experience at Antiqui Tea, I felt like I stepped back into a different era. The food was excellent..I recommend the artichoke soup, and the Quiches were devine. The selection of tea's were wonderful ranging from the classics ...to the exotic. truley cannot say enough about this place, and the service and friendliness of Patty and her staff was superb.

This tea room has so many teas to choose from, it's hard to pick just a few! The food was fine, but the service could have been better, the owner isn't very friendly.

This is really a special place! The food is great, the price is right and the people are just so nice. I always feel like I am in a friends home. I just love to sit and relax, I go as often as I can.

I co-hosted my sister’s bridal shower here and feel we got excellent value for the money. The tea house is much more beautiful in person and they had ample parking. The food was delicate, filling and scrumptious. It was a great experience that I recommend to anyone who wants a classy event or afternoon with friends.

My mom and sister held my bridal shower at AntiquiTea. It was so perfect. We were escorted to the second floor where we able to enjoy ourselves privately. Everything from the decor on the walls to the tea/food on the tables were great. I'm so glad that my mom suggested this tea house for the shower. Patty and her team made everything so special for us. My daughter's bridal shower was held at AntiquiTea and everyone enjoyed themselves. AntiquiTea carries such a huge selection of teas, that it was hard to choose which one to try. The food was excellent. It was a very relaxing atmosphere, we were never rushed. The decor was breathtaking. I felt transformed into a different time and place. Thanks for a very memorable experience.

My best friend has never been to a tea house, so this last Thursday I took her.

The decor was beautiful and very classic. I appreciated the small touches and we spent a lot of time admiring the various knick knacks.

We ordered two different pots of tea, the artichoke soup, artichoke dip and a pear almond scone.

My only complaint was that I found the soup and dip to be a bit on the cooler side. Despite this, the food was excellent. My friend has never had artichokes and I was worried it could be a bit overpowering, but the seasoning was spot on.

I think I'd have liked a soft pita instead of pita chips for the dip, but that is just a personal preference.

I was also very impressed by the patience of the staff. We were taking our time and were the ... (more)last customers out of the shop. They never made us feel like a burden, or that we had to rush. Even 15 minutes after closing.

I intend to check out other shops in the PGH area, but I will certainly return to this one.

An oasis of pampering in our crazy, stressed out world. Lovely ambiance, good food, friendly service and some of my very favorite teas (which you can also purchase and enjoy at home!) One of my favorite places for a girls' day out.

I just had my first of what will be many visits to AntiquiTea. This is an absolutely charming tearoom with a very comprehensive menu. The food was excellent and the made from scratch with fresh off the tree peach scones just melted in your mouth. Highly recommended as a quaint place to go for a meal and cup of tea from their extensive selection. Thank you Patty!

My friend and I ate at this tea room recently and everything was good, not great but good. I would probably go back and give this tea room another chance but I've had much better in the pgh area.

My daughter, mother and I visited this tea room for my mom's birthday. We have been to numerous tea rooms in the Pittsburgh area, and all agreed this one is our favorite. It is very clean and beautifully decorated. The food and tea are excellent.

We have visited many tea rooms in Eastern Ohio & Western Pa and this is tops in all categories. The tea selection is extensive, the food delicious, decor is beautiful & Patty & the girls are delightful. We loved our afternoon tea. Thank you!

This place is a gem! Not only is the food excellent and the decor beautiful, the people are great! I love my conversations with Patty she has such a quick wit. Her eye for detail is amazing.

This tea room is lovely, my Aunt, sister and I recently visited and we all just loved the food, atmosphere and experience. I must say I chuckled out loud after reading a few reviews that were given by former cast members of the show ' desiging women' !

Visited the Tea Room on Saturday. My daughter's treated me to a beautiful day and our experience at AntiquiTea was the icing on the cake. Everything was perfect, except our seating. Hopefully next time we can actually sit in one of the rooms which are so beautifully decorated instead of in the main entrance area. Just a little too distracting. Otherwise, the food and staff were great.

I enjoy going to the Antiqui Tea with my friends. When relatives come to town I always take them there for lunch. The people are pleasant and friendly and the food is delicious. They have the best chicken salad. I've been there numerous times and have never been disappointed.

antiquiTea is a relaxing gorgeous place and the food is wonderful. i love the decor, its soo victorian. And they have great showers too!

AntiquiTea is were I go to have a relaxing afternoon with delicious food, pleasant employees and beautiful decor. The menu and variety of tea's to choose from is exceptional. I've been to numerous tea rooms and you can't beat AntiquiTea.

We keep going back! Food is excellent and the service is wonderful. The servers are great and always very pleasent. It is a wonderful place to meet with friends and relax. Would recommend it to everyone.

Tea was excellent, food was average and service under par. It's a shame I think this place has potential to be great, but just isn't.

I have always enjoyed tea and have given many teas for family and friends. When we walked through the doors I was at home. The atmosphere and service is wonderful. The food as they say is to die for. I have never been unhappy with anything I tried! Our daughter wanted me to give her a bridal tea shower. We took her to Antique Tea and she said 'this is the place'. Her tea shower is coming up very soon and we can't wait. Family and friends will love it as much as we do. You must try Antiqui Tea and you will be just as happy.

I have been to Antiquitea 3 different times, and everyone I have been there with has loved it. Every time I go, I wish I could stay and eat and drink tea all day! I can't wait until I can find some excuse to go again. The food is fantastic, the tea selection is enormous and the service is great! Good prices also.

I had my niece's Bridal Shower at this marvelous tearoom and it was just amazing. Everyone loved the beautiful decorating and the little details that are so lovely. And the food !! It was just delicious. We had 3 guests who had Celiac and Pat accomadated them wonderfully. Their lunches were all presented in a really beautiful way and very carefully served. It was a excellent day and a memory for all of us !!

I have been to Antquitea three time in the past year. Each time the food, tea, service and atmosphere was excellent. The variety of teas is impressive. I keep spreading the word and no one I've sent has been anything less than impressed.

A co-worker of mine had given rave reviews about the tea room after she had gone, so I decided to take my mother in law for her birthday. Each room had its own beautiful detail, the gift shop had many interesting antiques and the service was excellent. My mother in law and I both had a hard time deciding what to eat because everything sounded delicious. Once we did decide the food did not disappoint it was delicious and I would recommened it to everyone.

I feel I must reply to the last receiver. I myself have a nut allergy and have visited Antiqui several times in the past. I was ALWAYS accommodated! Unless they do things differently now (which I highly doubt) my sandwich was marked with a toothpick. I know however that I must take responsibility for my own health and still asked and reminded the waitress, just in case. So I must defend the tearoom and reiterate they have always gone out of their way to serve my needs. Besides, the food is wonderful and the atmosphere is delightful!

My best friend took me to this tea room before Christmas since I am moving and had never been to afternoon tea. My friend had been to this tea room before and raved about it to me! We were very excited, we called off work for the day and my friend drove almost an hour to the tea room. Everything was perfect when we walked in, the place was beautiful and staff seemed very friendly. My friend who has a a severe allergy to nuts called prior to our reservation to inform them of her allergy- she was assured there would be no nuts in her food. The waitrress even noted that she herself has a nut allergy and assured us again no nuts would be in the food. When the food was brought to our table my friend took a bite of her sandwich and soon after realized- her sandwich was filled with nuts! She bega... (more)n coughing and having a reaction. Thank goodness Didn't eat anymore and took some benadryl before things got serious( last time she inadvertently ate a nut she had to be ruses to the ER.) the owner was very apologetic and did not charge my friend for her lunch...however she charged me and did not give us any incentive to come back to her restaurant. She charged me but I did not get to eat half of my dinner due to my poor friends reaction. She boxed up the rest of our food to take home but the point of going for afternoon tea is to enjoy the tea selection and the ambiance...we had one pot of tea before this all happened. The owner is very lucky my friend did not have to be rushed to the hospital. I could not believe that the owner did not offer my friend anything in return besides not charging her lunch that day. What makes her think we would ever come back? if she would have handled it more appropriately ...for example next time a pot of tea is complimentary... Etc we may have given the place another chance. It ruined our entire day...my friend was sick the rest of the day so we had to cancel our spa outing and shopping trip, she was so sick the next day she had to miss a day of work. I understand the owner called to see how she was but my friend was so upset and sick she did not entertain the call. I am just now commenting in regards to this place because I am looking to host a shower for my sister and I'm reminded of how awful our experience was. So, my quick comment is the place is lovely, and the few bites I tasted of the food was very good but DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE NUT ALLERGIES!!!! They obviously do not know how to accommodate you!!!

My last child was getting married and his father and I wanted to give him and my future daughter-in-law the best possible rehearsal dinner that we could. After looking around to several places we chose AntiquiTeas'.There was no comparison. Patty and staff helped
us with the menu and all the other details. She made everything soooo
much simpler for has. When the rehearsal party entered the tea room I heard oooo's and ahhhhhs. You feel like you have been stepped
back in time and as if a blanket of comfort has embraced you. So many unique and lovely items to enjoy and purchase if you like. Cozy, inviting and beauty abounds in this place. The staff Patty has are kind and aiming to please you and your palette. Service is
excellent and you are encouraged to linger and enjoy,taking in the
sights and sounds and delicious teas and foods. Come on, what are
you waiting for...its an experience
you don't want to miss!
