I loved this quaint little shop. The ladies were so friendly, and I felt like I was on a retreat. I know other tea shops that are ranked higher, but this in #2 pick on my list.

We own a tea room in North Carolina and as tea lovers and former 'Jersey Girls' we made a reservation at Belmari while visiting family this past week. We had a wonderful time. The owners, were warm and friendly and the food was fabulous. The scones are light and delicious. We visit many tea rooms in our travels and this is certainly one of the best.
Hawthorne is very lucky to have such a classy place in their town where the owners take pride in their food and service. Thanks Ladies for a great time!

I went there for afternoon tea with two of my friends. We each order different teas, all of which were delicious, as well as the salads and the selection of foods. The place is wonderfully cozy and eclecticlly decorated tea room. I strongly recommend it!

I've been there twice, I was treated by my best friend the first time and then I in turn took another friend the second time. Delicious! A special treat. Can't wait to go back.

Fantastic! The total tea experience. I have not had scones this good since vacations to London. A group of us went for a go away party for a friend and it was just divine. The selections of teas and preparation was just out of this world. The service was wonderful as well.

We go to tea houses on a regular basis and this was our first time at Belamari. It definately won't be our last. Everything from the people/service to the food was excellent. The scones were the best we've ever had. The sandwiches and desserts were all delicious too. We left both thoroughly pleased and extremely full. We had a great time!
