At three thirty on special afternoons, in the tradition of Alva Vanderbilt Belmont at the turn of the last century, Mrs. Harle Tinney cordially invites you to tea in Alva's historic dining room. In the gilded age Alva Vanderbilt required proof that you belonged to her set with assets of at least three million dollars. In later years Alva entertained interesting guests regardless of fortune, artists, musicians and creative influential people.

By emailing belcourt or phoning between ten and four daily for eighteen dollars per person we can arrange your purchase of three million dollars in stock in the very exclusive Belcourt Castle Tea Society, which assures you a place at the Belcourt Castle Versailles Dining Room table. On Wednesday afternoons in September and Sunday afternoons in October.

You'll receive an introduction to Mrs. Tinney's historic home, and she will pour the tea. You'll see the lavish rooms furnished with treasures from 33 countries.
