Beyond The Garden Gate

Met with family today at Beyond the Garden Gate Tea Room for my aunt's birthday - wonderful girl's day! The beautiful setting, the service and especially the food make this a special place for any occasion - bridal shower, baby shower, retirement luncheon, birthday lucheon - we've done them all!!

First time at this tea house and was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the entire experience. I have been to one other local tea house here and this one had an incredible list of teas, all kinds of variety and I am an avid tea drinker at home and was shocked. Everything we had was wonderful, and decided to host a shower in May at Beyond the Garden Gate because the service and location are amazing and I cannot wait to go back!

Just visited Beyond the Garden Gate Tea Room for lunch with friends. It was great! Wonderful surroundings and great food. I've known and loved Jackie for a long time, and I always enjoy my time in her Tea Room. Jackie, thanks again. See you soon!

It is my Niece's birthday today. Took her to my favorite special place for lunch. Food, atmosphere, service, etc. was beyond expectations. Jackie, thanks for visiting our table and adding to the birthday event. We loved it.

The historical mansion is a must see on its own and easily transports one back to the Victorian era. It is the perfect setting for bridal and baby showers; not to mention all the wonderful events they plan. Plus as an added bonus the staff makes you feel like family everytime you step across the threshold.

I cannot rave enough about this tea room! I live in the area but have visited tea rooms all around the south... This is the best, hands down! I belong to a red hAt society here in tennessee and we visit every couple weeks. It's the perfect setting to bring your social club for lunch. The building is beautiful and the staff is soo sweet. The Christmas decorations are amazing, and oh.. Did I mention the food? It's delicious! They have sooo many varieties of hot tea my group still hasn't tried them all... Ladies, you have had the rest, now it's time the visit the BEST! This historic building is really a treat. We always ask for Crystal but all of the servers are wonderful.

Everyone should visit this tearoom when visiting Tennesse, it's the best in the world! You will not be disappointed! The building is a historial court house which is a perfect setting for a victorian tea room and the staff is a delight!

A wonderful experience. The atmosphere was exceptional and beautiful. A friendly staff made sure the evening was truly memorable to celebrate my upcoming 50th birthday. I highly recommend Beyond the Garden Gate Tea Room.

Great food and service.

The Garden Gate tea room is a wonderful place to go for lunch or tea with a group of friends or family. It is always decorated beautifully, especially right now for Christmas! Not to mention it is fun to look around a gorgeous old building like that. The food is delicious & the desserts are SO yummy! The service is great & all of the staff are very sweet & extremely helpful...I will definitely be going back!

Beyond the Garden Gate Tea room is an absolute DELIGHT!! Wonderful food and atmosphere. Great place for friends/family to go for relaxing tea lunch! Call first for reservations as they stay busy!

Our ladies group went to lunch here for a Christmas lunch and to exchange presents. What a delight. The decorations are beautiful which made it a perfect setting. Each room was done in a different theme. After lunch we enjoyed walking around and looking at every detail and taking pictures. As usual the meal was a good as ever.

Our church Care Group ladies attended Beyond the Garden Gate this week. We loved the Victorian decor` and atmosphere. The food was superb and served quickly. We tried on the hats and had a grand time. Jackie made us feel very welcomed and we look forward to another visit.

Our office had a bridal luncheon at this Tea Room today and it was a great experience. The room was a beautiful setting, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. We would highly recommend this Tea Room for any occasion.

We went to the Tea Room today and had a wonderful time, loved everything about it. The place was grand to tour. The girls that work there were so nice. I am looking forward to going back soon.

We so enjoy our visits and we try to go as frequently as we can. Have the cinnamon scones if you go. They're great.

I am so thrilled that you are relocating in the Mountain Oaks.I was raised a block from there.When I was a child it was a run down building.It is like a southern belle.We pick ourselves up.Dust ourselves off and become a true lady.Jackie it would not be the same without you.I am sure the ladies joining you are wonderful.I have been to Tea Rooms everywhere and there is none that compares to Beyond the Garden Gate.The food is always fresh and good.The deserts are 'yum'.The service is excellent.Everyone is so nice and tries to accomodate everyone in style.I love the decor.I am a Victiorian at heart.I love all the different teas hot and cold.I think the samplier plate is my favorite.I am you biggest fan.All my friends are after me to get reservations as soon as you open the doors.We will be regular guests as always.Will see you real soon and best wishes to you and the staff.
