The interior is cozy and comfortable. I loved the choices of teaware and tea leaves.
The owner was super-friendly, helping me with tea seletion.
Very knowledgeable in teawares, I just wish they would serve teas in a teaware instead of the plastic cup. The table was hard to do anything else other than drink tea.
I wish it was bigger for studying environment.

What a great Tea House. The decor
is outstanding. I love the care taken in preparing the tea for each
customer. I have only been there a couple of times as I live in Gig Harbor, but enjoyed the two different teas I tried. Some of my
sumi paintings grace the walls in their business and I have sumi note cards available for purchase.
Customers can also purchase other Asian items for gifts or for themselves such as teapot sets,
candy, loose tea, etc. What a great place to shop as well as enjoy a
great cup of tea.
The owners work hard at this business and it shows.

Fabulous and outstanding tea shop. Exotic atmosphere, excellent customer service, and outstanding tea & tea set selection. The bubble tea is amazing with a diverse selection of favors. And, the homemade pasta salad is incredible.

The atmosphere has warm tone with friendly owner working behind the counter. Great location in the mall, right by Panera. I love the small tea sample they have at the door. I usually order hot teas. I love bubble tea and so I tried the Lychee milk tea with bubbles for first time. I noticed they had the proper equipment for making bubble tea but the drink was unsatisfying. The flavored mixture was not portioned correctly making the drink powdery and strong. Most important ingredient in bubble tea is the tapioca pearls. The pearls in my drink was lacking in freshness. The chew and sweetness was missing. On top of that, the girl had already punched the plastic film seal with the straw. That is the best part of getting the drink. I will still try the variety of leaf teas but I will be wary of ordering another bubble tea drink. They have double stamp days also. yeah!!

I go to this place pretty much every day on my lunch break. I pretty just order my 'regular' without variance and some days it'll taste better than other days. The tea variety that they have though, in the big canisters on the wall is what keeps me going back there. Great selection, I think and they have several unique tea sets.
Staff is friendly, too, though sometimes a bit too chatty with some customers on weekends. The style of the shop is kind of rich and dark-- lots of dark wood. Not much space to sit inside, but that's why there are chairs outside, yeah?
