Food: I've been to this tea house back when it was under different ownership and I am very pleased to see that things are sooo much better with the new owner. The food is wonderful, the ambiance charming, and the service was great. Furthermore, the prices were absolutely reasonable and offered tea experiences for all budgets. The varieties of tea on hand were a little slim but varied enough to please both mine and my boyfriends pallet. I will definitely be coming here again. |

Food: Everything was absolutely perfect, and I mean, EVERYTHING!! From service to the delicious salad & sandwiches, the best piping hot apricot scone, oh my!! From the vast selection of teas, and the many different choices on the menu, you just can't go wrong. The service was absolutely impeccable and the owner whom was busy serving, made the time to visit each table and have some friendly conversation, also while serving a delightful birthday tea party for a group of 8 year old girls!! As for the ambience of the tea house, it is charming, quaint, comfortable and a wonderful feeling of intimacy, perfect for a gathering of friends, showers or just a great place to go by yourself and enjoy a wonderful 'spot of tea'! Food: I've been here twice and can't wait to go again. Perhaps the varieties of tea offered has expanded since my visit, but I was pleased with the choices I made both times. The food was excellent, all made right there and nothing beats fresh scones right out of the oven. The food menu was great, there were lots of options and all of them delicious. The staff was wonderful and didn't make us feel rushed at all, and the ambiance of the tea room is great as well, nice tables and not too crowded. The owner was delightful, and I wish her great success. |

Food: Tried this place for the first time this weekend and I just fell in love. It is full of character and the ambiance was great, they were very busy. We had an afternoon tea and a Scottish tea and the sandwiches were soft and fresh and the scones were absolutely wonderful I took 6 scones to go for my family. The brownies were so rich and moist. We tried 3 different teas and every single pot was brewed perfectly, just loved it. This is my new favorite place. |

Food: Nine of us took tea at the Bloomsbury Tea Room today. Seven members are in their 90s, and had so much fun wearing the hats scattered around in baskets. The food tasted great! It was the most delightful outing, all agreed. We look forward to visiting again in January 2010. |

Food: I have been to many Tea Rooms and Bakerys but NO place can bake Scones that are as good as Bloomsbury Tea Room. Their scones have such an addictive taste that you want to eat so much. Their Lemon Curd is superior to any others. The Devonshire Cream is so Light and Creamy. I love how they offer bags of Freshly Baked Scones TOGO. The prices are more than Resonable for the quality. And the servers are so knowledgeable. Ask what Tea they recommend to pair with your meal.You will not be disappointed with Bloomsbury Tea Room! |
