Variety: My husband & I had a wonderful Tea Room experience at the British Bell. We had no idea it was in the shopping center. As I walked in, Dawn was quick to greet me with a warm friendly welcome. The decor was beautiful. The food was presented and tasted wonderfully. They had a great selection of teas to choos from. Amanda was a great tea server. The lobster bisque was excellent. Definitely will return & will be giving great reviews to all my friends. A very friendly, comfortable & elegant Tea Room---5 stars for sure!!! |

Variety: My daughter and granddaughter surprised me with a treat to an Afternoon Tea at the British Bell Teahouse. It was absolutely lovely! I actually wrote a whole article about it on my website: http://suburbangrandma.com/culture/the-british-bell-tea-room-%E2%80%93-mother-daughter-granddaughter-outing/ |

Variety: Beautiful atomosphere, great attention to every detail. I had the high tea and it was wonderful, everything was delicious. I brought my daughter as a special treat on her 10th birthday. She had the tinkerbell tea and loved pouring her own pink lemonade from the teapot. She had a special request for her tea sandwiches and the owner sent her son to the store to accomodate her. We had a nice afternoon and can't wait to return. |

Variety: My sister-in-law and I enjoyed Afternoon Tea at The British Bell on Saturday. I delight in bringing friends and family to this lovely tearoom. This was my fifth visit. Our tea sandwiches, scones, and sweets were delicious. The lemon-blueberry scones were exceptional. Our server was most gracious. I look forward to many more pleasant times with special friends at The British Bell. |

Variety: In a phrase, I would describe The British Bell as 'elegant but not stuffy'. The selection of teas was massive, and the various tea pots were absolutely beautiful. All the food was delicious, but I would give special mention to the chicken salad and the oragne-crnaberry scones. Absolutley delicious! The service was excellent. |

Variety: This tea room is so elegant and beautiful. Once you are inside, you can easily believe yourself in a Victorian dining room...The service is attentive and professional, the food good and the tea service is perfect, with strainers and sugar cubes and everything 'comme il faut'. I can't believe they just recently opened. The scones (especially the chocolate chip) are to die for. I hope this tea room is around for a long time! |

Variety: I took my boyfriend's mother after she needed some much needed down time and we both decided that it was one of the most lovely places we've ever been. The selections of teas is wonderful and there's something for everyone. Dishes are beautiful and the tea room itself is beautifully decorated. Perfect for anyone, any age with an apriciation for tea and sophistication. |

Variety: I hosted an 80th birthday party for my mother at British Bell and was delighted with the experience. The entire staff couldn't have been more pleasant. The elegant private room was truly lovely. We ordered a wide variety of teas and each was plentiful and perfectly prepared. The food was delicious. All of the guests raved, and my mother said it was the best party she ever had--quite a compliment after celebrating 80 of them. Thanks to everyone at British Bell for making this celebration so special. |

Variety: What a lovely experience! The beautiful decor, the amazing service and the presentation of the food were all exceptional. If I could grade the scones, there would have to be a grade better excellent. I will be back. |

Variety: This tea room is going to be FANTASTIC one of these days, unfortunately they are brand new and that day has yet to come. But stay tuned because their hearts are in the right place! What gorgeous decor! The room is beyond tasteful, I thought I was in an elegant hotel for afternoon tea! The service, after a blip or two seating us (we did have a reservation, but that didn't seem to matter) was pretty good but could have been better. My feeling was that the owners and staff were overwhelmed and much busier than they thought they would be. There were three of us and the charming and lovely waitress got 2 scone and tea sandwich orders wrong BUT because she was trying so hard and the place was so lovely, I didn't mind and let it go. What we did mind however, was the stingy presentatio... (more) |

Variety: Being Canadian, I was reared on 'High Tea Time' & was so appreciative for a taste of home. The whole package, atmosphere, staff, & food were excellent.I give them *5* stars. Best & most authentic scones I have had in US. I have recommended the place to all my friends & I will be visiting often. My only complaint is they need to expand the restaurant. |

Variety: The British Bell is absolutely lovely. The tearoom is very tastefully decorated, and the service is outstanding. They offer a wide variety of teas and menu selections. Freshly brewed loose leaf tea is brought to the table on a tea cart, which is a nice touch. There is a lovely gift shop. I have visited The British Bell on two occasions, and I look forward to many visits in the future. |
