I enjoy visiting this tea room,My only complaint is, either not returning phone calls upon requesting a resservation or, you know they are still open and they don't pick up, or return calls the same day.So you don't know wether you should just wait and wait for a call,or go somewhere else.Thank you

The tea room is incredible. The decor, food, and staff is over the top. Everything is done with excellence. I highly recommend this tea room to anyone who is looking for the ultimate tea experience

I will never return to this establishment. The staff treated us rudely because we had a baby in tow and was afraid that we would disturb the other guests. Ironically, there were other young children there, one of which was standing on a chair leaning over the table, but I guess that is welcomed. She asked if we wouldn't mind leaving the premises IF the baby started to cry. We left the premises all right! Ruined my entire lunch hour. I wouldn't take my dog to this place!

I have visited the British Bell several times. Each time, I was greeted with a smile and received courteous service. The menu offers many choices, however I always order High Tea. The soup is always excellent, the sandwhiches delicious and the treats...well....very tasty. The presentation is beautiful and the decor in the room is very inviting. Always a pleasure to visit and never disappointed!!
