Variety: We just took our granddaughters to the Fairy Tea Party, and they absolutely loved it. They ranged in age from 3 to 11 and they all enjoyed it. Everything from the tea and desserts to Posey the Fairy. And the aunts and grandmothers enjoyed it as well. I highly recommend it. |

Variety: If you are a guy who is not afraid to take your wife to tea this is a great place to go. The decor in not all lace and fuffie so I felt very comfortable in the dining room.Don't worry there are no mannequins staring as shown on the web site. The food and tea were the right amount that a man would not go away hungry. All the food served was excellent, especially the orange/carrot soup. We were served snowflake and house blend tea and enjoyed both. We will be returning to this tearoom. |

Variety: My wife and I have taken tea in many parts of the world, including Brown's Hotel in London, the Empress Hotel in Victoria, British Columbia, the Mark Hopkins Hotel in San Francisco, the Rose Cottage Tea Room in Pasadena, and the Chado tea rooms in Los Angeles. Despite the limited selection (but of high quality—my Assam and my wife's Earl Grey were both superb), our experience today ranks equal to the best of the best. The quiche was magnificently savory; the scones were mine, which are the best I've ever had; the asparagus wrapped in puff pastry was crunchy but not stringy; the chicken salad sandwich in a tiny, delicate brioche-tender roll let the flavor of the chicken come through without smothering it; the rich, complex chocolate pot de creme served cold in a tiny phyllo pastry cup, and ... Lynn has created for her guests a warm and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for everything from bridal showers to small intimate tea-focused lunches with close friends. The food is unfailingly unique and the house tea is beyond compare. I look forward to many more years of visits to the tea room! |

Variety: Camellia's Sin is one of my very FAVORITE tea rooms and I've been to many. I go there often, and I especially delight in introducing my friends to this tearoom. Lin is a wonderful hostess, and everything she makes and serves is delicious. I have never been disappointed with the food--which is abundant--or the service. My only problem is that I can't visit the tearoom more often! |

Variety: I have had tea in several different teahouses including The Ritz Carlton in Tyson's Corner, VA, and never had such a marvelous experience as I did here. Not only was it such a lovely gesture for everyone to don hats that were available, but the presentation was incredible. The teas and the scrumptous food were introduced by the attentive owner. Everything was perfect and I intend to visit each time I am near Carlisle, PA. An absolutely delightful few hours. Carol Reese |

Variety: I took my wife here for her birthday. At first I was uncomfortable about going to a tearoom but soon after arriving I found myself in a calm and beautiful atmosphere. The food was artfully prepared and each of the sandwiches complemented one another. The desserts were amazing and there was plenty of food as we had to take home a 'doggy bag'. The service was also personal and pleasant. I am planning on treating my mother and mother in law as well as my wife to one of the Christmas Tea events. |

Variety: I went to Camellia's Sin Tea Parlor with a friend who had been before. It was even better than I expected! The table was beautifully set with different pieces of silver flatware and the teacups were all different and lovely. I am not usually a tea drinker, preferring coffee, but the Snowflake tea was smooth and delicious. The tea sandwiches and savories and the desserts were all fabulous; in fact, I couldn't eat all my food. We were allowed to sit and talk without interruption even after we had clearly finished our meal. Then, I thoroughly enjoyed the gift shop part of the tea house, buying several unusual pieces of jewelry. I plan to take friends of mine to Camellia's Sin soon and hopefully, to find more jewelry! Clearly much thought and preparation went into this enjoyable establishment and if you haven't visited it, you should. |

Variety: Camellia's Sin Tea Parlor was an amazing experience for my family and friends. I had to plan my sister’s bridal shower from Indiana. I had to a hard time until I found Camellia’s. Not only were they professional but so warm and friendly. I planned everything on the phone and they were so detailed in everything I wanted, down to the items on the menu ,seeing we had a vegetarian. They went above and beyond of what I even expected. I wanted a Victorian themed bridal shower,…The place is beautiful, very cozy and classy. My family and friends were thrilled with the place,…the food was incredible not only in taste but presentation. As well as the tea which you just have to try. We had many friends and family buying tea to take home. Also the gift shop is really neat,..I bought my sister and I go... (more) |

Variety: I had my bridal shower at this tea parlor and it was the most wonderful experience and something I will not forget. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, and assisted my sister in planning a amazing menu of items for the bridal shower. The tea is the best tea I've ever had and I'm quite the tea drinker. I bought several packages of tea after the shower and also bought a beautiful purse from their unique gift shop that I get comments from strangers about all the time. I would highly recommend Camellia's for a special event and I plan on going back when I'm in the area. Thank you ladies again for a wonderful time!!! |
