Wonderful as always! This tea room carries such wonderful teas, loose and bagged, tea straining cups, tea sets for children, and lots of other unique items in their gift shop, including cards with tea bags in them! I took my daughter here for her 18th birthday and i am so glad we were seated on the patio! The landscaping is beautiful, the fountain was such a treat to listen to. The loose teas we chose (you can have as much and as many kinds as you like, as long as you finish each pot!) were Lime Chiffon and Raspberry White Chocolate. It was very difficult to choose though! They had Blueberry Crumble, Pineapple Upside Down Cake, and so many more and each one smells better than the last! They were fantastic! Brewed to perfection. The food was to live for! Mushroom soup, salad with f... (more)

I have been to Camellia's Sin more times than I can count! The food and tea selections have never disappointed. Their sticky toffee pudding at Christmas time is OUT OF THIS WORLD. The fruit soup during the summer is also one of my all time favorites. During the holidays I even brought my uncle and my father who were skeptical of going to a tea house and they ended up loving it as well as the ladies did!

It was a spur of the moment and we were lucky enough to obtain a table for 2 this past Saturday as my best friend and I had plans to walk around Carlisle and visit some of our favorite shops. The tea was delightful and the food exquisite. The atmosphere is breathtaking and the staff are very eloquent.

This tea shop is absolutely incredible, from the atmosphere to the food and the tea! I have visited twice with a group of friends, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, as well as accommodating to the vegetarians in the group. The menu is different each month, but the quality of the food remains excellent--I'm particularly fond of the scones, and the salad is delicious (I don't usually enjoy salad, so I'm very impressed!). Of course, the tea is lovely as well. I really appreciate that you can try an unlimited number of the different varieties, with the only caveat being that you must finish a pot before requesting another tea. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend visiting Camellia's if you have the chance!

My daughter took me to Camellias Tea Room for my birthday. We had a lovely tea, best ever! I had been there several times but my daughter had not, and she was blown away with the food, the excellent facility, the service and overall fun! This was a great birthday afternoon!

First of all, I called at the last minute to make reservations for 4 and they were very accommodating. I had my family in from out of town (Chicago area) and we enjoyed every minute of it. We were able to sample from a wide selections of tea with unlimited refills. The courses were displayed eloquently and were homemade and delicious. Unfortunately, my husband was unable to go with us. My father joined us and he had a wonderful time. We visited the gift shop and we purchased some beautiful items from their shop. I will definitely be back and with my husband. Thank you for everything.

What a wonderful experience this was! The parlor was exactly as you would imagine for a relaxing tea lunch. The best part was the most spectacular scones I have ever tasted! The scones alone made the hour and a half drive well worth it, but we enjoyed all of the creative food on the menu. We also loved the gift shop! We will definitely be returning to enjoy your wonderful hospitality. Thank you!

Came here for tea with my mother and step-father. We were charmed by the lovely served, Kaylie, who was bubbling with charm and enthusiasm. Working in hospitality, I wish I could bottle her attitude and dispense it to my staff! The food was lovely - greatly enjoyed the Italian wedding soup and lavender scone. The idea of pairing cucumber with cottage cheese and watermelon with a dash of pepper was simply outstanding. Will definitely be back!

As you enter camellias you since you are going back in time. You see hats on the wall that you may borrow to wear, lace curtains etc. Each table is set with lovely China and silver. Every tea pot has a unique tea cozy. They offer several teas brewed to the best flavor and you may choose a different flavor with each refill. The foods were delicious and presented beautifully on tiered trays. I would recommend to anyone even if you do not enjoy tea.

Where ever I travel I always visit the local tearoom. Whether I'm in Pennsylvania, Boston, South Carolina, Virgina, Washington DC, or New York City I have found none that compares to Camellia'Sin Tea Parlor in Carlisle, PA. This tea house has really spoiled me and has set my expectations high for other tea rooms. An exceptional high tea must offer soup, salad, a variety of scones, lemon curd and whey (preferably homemade)is mandatory, a pile of delectable savories, unique desserts and a variety of loose leaf black teas (preferably Snow Flake or Pineapple Upside Down), including sugar cubes served with miniature tongs. The surroundings should be Victorian with linen table clothes and napkins, beautiful patterned tea services, elegant glasses, soothing background music, and a exquisite gift shop to meander through when tea is completed. Camilla Sin offers a superb high tea experience and I am always eager to return.
