Food: This is the most charming shop in Annapolis. Capital Teas is located on the point of two very old streets offering an excellent variety of loose teas and fabulous teapots. After sniffing most of their teas from their glass sniffing jars and asking the well educated staff many questions about their teas, I bougth their signature blends Annapolis Treasures and Sailor's Delight and they are both divine. I also bought some Earl Grey-best I have ever had! |
