Overview
The Carriage House is located on the Pomeroy Living History Farm. It's quite a drive to get there, but worth every twist and turn. You will enjoy a lovely, delicious tea. Superb, authentic food, and incredible surroundings. They also have a well stocked gift shop. The owners of this family owned shop regularly return to England to bring back the best in English gifts and tea supplies. A true delight.

My neighbor told me about this wonderful little place about 5 years ago, and I have been going ever since. I now take my daughter, mother and sister in law and we have made it a tradition. I love the table that looks out into the hills. The tearoom has an old fashoned feel to it. They have one of the best gift shops I have been in as far as a tea items. I drink herbal tea, and I feel they have a pretty good assortment. I have not been to alot of tearooms, but I do enjoy this one. It is a bit of a drive, but it is scenic! It has and will continue to be one of my favorite little places to go. I love their ginger tomato soup!!

I could live at the Pomeroy House! The gift shop has lots of holiday themes, tons of handblown ornaments, linens, British foods, and tea service accessories. The tea service was excellent: great food, lots of tea, and the atmosphere is excellent.
My mother and I are going to make it a tradition.

There are many reasons your family must be smiling but I know the reason that makes me smile: Lil's radish sandwiches! You served them at a Raggedy Ann Tea Party and I've loved/made them ever since.
