Variety:     Artistry:     Service:     Food: I took my granddaughter for tea as it has become a tradition of ours, and we were very disappointed. Service was horrible. We were totally ignored for at least 20 minutes before anyone came to our table, and then another 30 minutes passed before our tea and food came. We will not go again.
