Variety:     Artistry:     Service:     Food: I love their Earl Grey Cream, but in looking at my large tea stash, have noticed that while my tins from Adagio are mostly empty, and my bags from Carnelian Rose and the Spice Merchant run out very quickly (despite the fact that I have to wait almost weeks for re-orders from Carnelian), every other bag of tea I have bought from Chelmsford is still full. This is sad, since I have spent most of the last two years only 45 minutes away from them. They don't seem to be as helpful as other shops when it comes to recommending (or labeling with ingredients) their teas, and once when I was in about ten minutes before closing, the girls who were working that evening already had everything closed up and did not want to serve me. I haven't been back since.
