This tea room has an excellent variety of teas. They even had special teas designed for children. The store had some good chocolates from England. The sandwiches were tasty. The service was excellent. They even gave us small gifts as we left.

I went to ChurchHills last year and thought it a bit pricy for 1 sandwitch and a spot of tea, I went back this year and it was totally, as the brittish say 'ducky' they had new sandwitches, me and my friend austin went in and got the Ham and Havarri with a medium pot of Irish cream, My friend said 'dude, this tea totally kicks butt. I wish we could get some to take home. unfortunately we didn't have enough money afterward, I would very very very very highly recommend this tea room, it rock

Way overpriced, for the quality of the food we recieved, we would have been happier getting a happy meal at McDonalds and a $1.00 sweet tea because, our tea was cold too.

I work and live in the cincinnati area. My friends and I often visit Churchills. We are always impressed with what the staff has to offer. The servers alwasys try to accommodate to the best of their ability. The food aways seems to be freshest that can be bought especially during this season. the manager seems to always willing to help us out with tea selections and reccommend some of the best teas that we have ever tasted. I hope you will discover the joys and love of churchills.

We visited Churchills for high tea. We made reservations a few weeks out, and cancelled one the day before . . .they told us that was no problem. Once there, one guest shared that she was unable to eat carbs so could not enjoy the high tea menu but ordered a soup and salad as well as a couple of pots of tea. The tea and the meal were 'ok.' What was not 'OK' was being informed AFTER we had finished that they would be charging us $22.95 for each high tea meal, PLUS an additional $22.95 for two high tea meals that were not eaten (again, one meal was cancelled the day before!). They even had the humor to write '2 meals at 50% off' on our ticket. With so many other great tea venues in cincinnati - we will not have to waste our time or money at churchills again.

After spending the holidays in London and falling in love with the way the English celebrate tea time, a friend recommended I try Churchill's. She has lunch there regularly and always raves about the food and service. I decided to have Afternoon Tea and was extremely impressed. The number of tea choices was unbelievable and the server was so friendly and helped me choose some wonderful teas. The food was fantastic and I especially enjoyed the scones!

We stopped in on a cold, wet afternoon for a spot of tea to reinvigorate us during a recent shopping trip downtown. Surly doesn't even begin to describe the staff...unhelpful, unhappy...these might come close, despite the fact that it was dead there with 4 staff standing around pouting. We decided not to stay, but still needed a cup of tea to go, we ordered some tea. After they finally figured out how to make our selections, we were on our way, and happy to report that the tea was drinkable. Not fab, just drinkable. Starbucks down the street would've done the trick, I imagine, but we wanted to support a tea room. Sorry, not recommended.

I am queen mum of the Red Hat Society Chapter DownTown Divas -- and we love this place. We consider it a prime tea room and attend multiple times during the year Tea is phenomenal; Food is excellent, Conversation with employees enjoyable, and the owner is a delight. Cannot recommend it more higly. Among our favorite places.

The selection of teas was amazing! The service was friendly and down to earth. It was not stiff and uncomforable as was expecting in a tea room and I absolutely loved it!

I got the feeling that the decor was more contrived 'smoke and mirrors' than true atmosphere. Worst of all, the owner's daughter was snooty and condescending. Never again.

We stumbled upon Churchill's last year and it was a great treat. We come up every year for a festival and we now put a visit to churchill's on our itinerary.

A friend who was visiting Cincinnati found Churchill's and recommended it to me. I can not believe I did not know that such a wonderful place existed in my own city! I always have such a pleasant experience there, the staff helps me choose new teas and I am always so impressed with their knowledge and the quality of their teas. The food is delicious and I love to see what new desserts they have each time I go. It is rare to find a place that is as warm and inviting as Churchill's. I highly recommend it!

Well, this place certainly wasn't about the tea! We visited this tearoom after getting a recommendation from our hotel concierge during a recent trip to Cincinnati, and were extremely disappointed. The food was not fresh or particularly interesting and appealing, the tea tepid, dull, and stale, and the service perfunctory at best. There was a nice variety of china and other knick-knacks/dust collectors, but the decor was nothing to write home (in CA) about.
