Food: My mom and I love tea rooms and try to visit our favorites when we can and find new ones to venture out to. Clementines is definately one you want to check out. Super nice employees including our waitress Autumn who works the front room there when you first walk in. They invited us to walk around and check out the other rooms and upstairs. The food was delicious, mom had a sandwich made with pineapple bread, turkey, cranberry cream cheese and apples....I had a sandwich made with I think it was an italian type long roll, roast beef, pickled beets and horseradish ! I know it sounds a little weird but if I had to describe both sandwiches in a word it would be ~ YUM ! I had a fruit flavored tea that was quite tasty. Food: Nine former lady graduates of Brunswick High School class of 1968 met at Clemintines for an old hens party and had a blast going over our year book and reminising about our former classmates and teachers from school. The people around us didn't seem to mind our outbursts and laughter and some were nice enough to take pictures for us. The owners were very gratious as was our waitress, Erin. Erin was very patient deminstrating how to fix the teas (it isn't like just dipping a tea bag) What fun! Food was great and the desserts were better than shopping at the mall! We would like to thank Doris and her daughter and Erin for making our get together so pleasent. We are planning another luncheon in March! Get ready Doris and Cheryle! |
