Country Keepsakes Tea Room located in the heart of Downtown Belton is a mother daughter run restaurant serving wonderful food in a relaxing inviting atmosphere. The Tea Room features a weekly changing menu and daily changing homemade desserts.

Food: Love this place, it is a regular stop for the family! Food is lovely and the menu changes weekly. Everything is homemade and scrumptious; breads, deserts, casseroles, etc. They also have a taster where you can get 1/2 a sandwich, or a mini quiche and soup or salad. In particular Bev's soups kill, hottest day in a Kansas City summer and I'm in Country Keepsakes having soup with my lunch! Check the menu online (www.countrykeepsakestearoom.com). As much as I love lunch there, their monthly brunch and dinner are even better because you get to taste a little of everything. The decor is not precious so you can take a guy and he won't be uncomfortable. Huge selection of teas and the staff are well versed in teas that may be unusual for people used to Lipton. Staff is lovely and make you feel completely at home. Try this place and it will quickly become a new favorite. |
