Food: Lunch was especially good yesterday at the Crabapple Tea Room. The ladies there are so nice, the food always fresh and delicious. The quiche was the best I have had anywhere (sweet red pepper, onions, and mushroom.) My friend had the chicken salad which is always good and normally what I cannot resist. Then, we had the most amazing chocolate cake. They said it was just 'plain chocolate cake with chocolate frosting.' I am here to say that was NOT plain chocolate cake! It was rich, moist, cake with chocolate chunks here and there, and a smooth creamy chocolate buttercream frosting that was just sinful... anything but plain chocolate cake. I cannot wait to return, will always save room for desert, and can't wait to see what other 'plain' cake they make. :<) |

Food: We had the most wonderful weekend tea party here for my daughters baby shower. The tea trays were lovely and filled with delicious foods & treats. The service was excellent. The owners daughter and herself were so attentive and really made the event so special. Well deserved ranking for tea rooms here in Georgia. Food: It comes as no surprise why this tearoom is ranked #1 in the state of Georgia ! We were greeted at the door, there was lovely music playing,beautifully set tables, wonderful service, and delicious food all make for a winning combination! The tearoom owner made personal contact with each guest and it was obvious to me that she works from her heart and that it is her passion to serve others, doing what she loves !!The chicken salad was so good and lovely scones were served with lemon curd. Food: I said I would write a note about my lunch so here it is... Perhaps the best quiche ever a grilled vegetable of red pepper, onion,zuchini, and mushroom with lots of swiss and a nice flakey crust. Salad side was very fresh and raspberry dressing homemade and delicious. That's my lunch story and it was great. Will have a new one next week. :0) |

Food: My mom and I really like this place for lunch & tea. We have not yet had the full tea tray service, but saw others enjoying that and will plan on making a reservation for the full tea next time. We have eaten the quiche, chicken salad, scones, tomato soup and a melon & ginger cold soup that was just wonderful. The plain iced tea is really fresh and nice too. The staff is friendly and attentive. This is definitely one of the best tea rooms in Georgia. |

Food: My sister, daughter, and I come here at least every other week and are never disappointed. The quiche, soups, and chicken salad are our favorites and that lovely little scone on the plate is always a treat. We always get a full order on the side too, cause one just isn't enough! We have been going here for over a year and promised the owner we would finally leave a well deserved review. Please just keep doing what you are doing...it's wonderful food & service. |

I have had tea in many many tea rooms all over the place and although the surroundings may have been very 'up-scaled' I have never had better food or service anywhere. Food: What a pleasant afternoon we had at the Crabapple Tea Room. Rge owner and her daughter were charming and the food delicious. The tea was perfectly brewed. When we were just about to start our desserts, we were treated to the new tea they are going to soon have in the shop, a chocolate chai. Food: Found this small tea house by the recommendation of a friend and so glad we did! The fod was really good (chicken salad & quiche today) and also had the bread pudding. I didn't think much of bread pudding before today. I have tried it many other times and just thought what's the big deal? Well today, it WAS a big deal! Just delicious. We were too full for tea, but next time we may reserve the tea trays ahead of time. |

My mother, and two sisters and I make a hobby of visiting tea rooms all over the country and have had some really wonderful food, but none any better than the Crabapple Tea Room. Food: Tried a delicious two melon soup. The scones were fabulous too. Well prepared loose leaf tea (nice & hot) as it should be and no 'upcharge' for a premium tea like some other tea houses do. Hope to get back very soon to try more of the foods here. |

Food: We were so pleased that the owner and staff were willing to seat us even though it was so close to closing time (about 2:20) Everyone was so kind and did not rush us. The quiche and salads were wonderful, and we had iced tea instead of hot, but even that was just delicious. We were told they have some sort of special filtering system for their water and that is what makes the difference. Well, in any event, that you for the great food and hospitality for some late ladies. Can't wait to return and we promise to come earlier... |

Food: Lunch here last week was FABULOUS. The scones are what a scone shuld be. No wonder for so long people have thought scones were supposed to be dry tasteless calories, not these they are worth every delicious calorie! Four people out of our group alone took orders to go. Food: We had such a lovely tea experience at the Crabapple Tea Room last week. My friend surprised me with a birthday reservation for full tea service here and it was just fantastic. I have had lunch here before, but had not had the 'tea service.' We had wonderful finger sandwiches (asparagus and egg, chicken salad, pin wheels,) all were delicious. The deserts especially the lemon bar were also yummy. I even had a tiney birthday cake. Maybe the best scones I have ever put in my mouth too. Food: This is such a lovely little place and the food is just excellent. The soups are amazing (the tomato & basil and the lentil.) We also had the chicken salad and it is simply the best we have ever tasted. It had almonds, apple, currants, and other things. It was fresh and I even had to take a pound home for the next day. Food: By far the best place I've been to yet. When I emailed the owner about the menu they offer, I informed her that my mother would be with my sister and me, and that my mother has dairy allergies. Emily let me know of some of the items available that my mother would have no trouble with. When we got there the greeting, service and food was excellent. My mother was able to eat the White Bean soup with no problems. My sister had the Asian grilled chicken salad, and was very satisfied. The prices were reasonable for the quality and amount of food we were served. Everything was fresh. We did not have hot tea this time, but plan on it for the next visit. You must try the soups, (have never had one here that wasn't good) Scones are the best although they keep that recipe under lock and key it seems, and the German chocolate cake...OH MY! Food: Our lunch was really good last week. The soup (potato florentine) was delicious, the scones (cherry almond & white chocolate) were the best I have ever tasted, not dry, but just perfect. My sister had the chicken salad which I tasted and it is no wonder everbody orders that because it was also yummy. We did not have dessert or tea (hot) but we will be back soon and indulge in those. The desserts we saw looked delicious. It is apparent why this is rated as one of the best tea rooms. The food and the service were very good. |

Food: We drove for quite a distance to visit this little place on the recommendation of a friend. It was really delightful and the food was delicious. It was pretty full at 12:30, but we did not have a wait. Our table had the lentil soup which was very nice and the chicken salad which we all agreed was the best anywhere. Food: It was a rainy icky day today, but when we stepped inside the Crabapple Tea Room and sat down for lunch, it was such a joy! We also had chicken salad, quiche, scones, and chocolate cake that was very decadent and every bite was just pure sin. (we ate it all) Absolutely killed the diet, but worth every bite! Servers were fast and attentive, atmosphere was fun and casual. Will be back soon. |

Food: Had the most wonderful time at our tea party this weekend! The food was delicious, service was friendly and gifts & LL tea selection was just so nice too. We also spent the afternoon at the local shops (suggested by the owner) so the entire afternoon was so much fun. We cannot wait to return. The chicken salad and scones were the best we have ever tasted! Thank you to Emily & her daughter Katherine for running such a great little tea shop! |

Food: First visit to this tea room and we had a wonderful lunch. The quiche and soup were excellent & the scones were the best I have ever had anywhere even mine! Only one of us had hot tea, which was very good & the iced tea was very nice too. We will reserve the tea tray service for our next visit which will be soon. JC & friends |

Food: Missed this lovely tea room while it was closed and was happy to go there for lunch with my daughter-in-law again recently. We enjoyed it again. The new gift shop is nice. I am planning to bring my Red Hats group for our monthly 'hoot'. |

Food: Bravo ladies! My office lunch group insisted I come to lunch this last week and what a treat it was. The food was delicious, and hot tea well prpared and actually hot like it should be. The chicken salad was the best ever and the red velvet cake was fantastic too. Can't believe people are not 'hanging out the door' here as it was not very crowded on our visit. A hidden gem and I won't miss the next lunch trip here again. BL |

Food: Very excited to have found this sweet place. (Came from McDonough, GA) Had High Tea with a friend for our annual Christmas lunch. It was a DELIGHT!!! The food was great. Had lentil soup that was surprisingly delicous. The sandwiches and sweet treats were fantastic. And the scones were 'to die for'. The servings were more than I would have expected. We tried several teas and decided the Winter Blend was our favorite. The owner was so personable and pleasant. We absolutely loved the Tea Room and found a great Primitive Antique shop in Crabapple, too! |

Food: This is a lovely place for lunch! Had soup & quiche, both were excellent. My friend and I shared the red velvet cake and it was like heaven. (we pleaded for the recipe, but left empty handed :( but with happy taste buds. The owner came to our table and was very nice (even though no recipe) the other staff was equally as friendly. Oh yes, and on your plate there is the absolute best scone just like they should be and not like some of the little dried up 'hockey pucks' some call scones. Can't wait to return and try some of the other menu things. YUM! |
