Tea was served 'cafeteria style'. You place an order at the counter, take your tray to a table and serve yourself. The tea was already brewed and served in a clumsy 'tea for one' ceramic pot, so I don't know if it was loose leaf or bagged. Sweet rolls and food were adequate, but the overall experience was very disappointing. Basically, a lunch counter that serves some tea.
