This tea room has some quaint attributes such as the ability to wear old fashioned hats during your tea. When entering there was a heavy smell in the house of recently fried bacon. The tea was served in a large pot that came already made from the kitchen. We discovered a half hour into the tea that they did have two other types of tea available, but one pot was large for two people. She did do a signature pastry which was excellent.

We celebrated my twin daughters' 13th birthday with their aunts and cousins at Edith Mae's Tea Room. The food and service was wonderful. All the ladies, young and old, especially enjoyed wearing the hats. It was truly a memorable afternoon.

The best home made deserts I have had in a long time. Request the Pecan Lace Cookies..Oh my they were so good. Everything about this tea room is a delight. I will be back

The tea was wonderful, the food plentiful. I have been here so many times but I love the giftshop!!! This giftshop has so many teacups, pictures, gift cards, and just so much to look at and buy.

I was invited to a tea at this charming tea room, every thing was good except for the fact that there were barking dogs, a little distracting from the feeling of a quiet tea.

Our tea was exquisite. I was very impressed by the etiquette and mannerly way that we were served tea. I learned all the food was 'homemade' and that was just comforting. This tea room is 'IT' I plan to go often.

Having tea here was an amazing experience! The lace cookies were exquisit. The hats were so much FUN and we enjoyed evey minute of our tea. We visited in July and I hope to return soon. Truly a beautiful afternoon.

I took a group of young and older ladies for my grand daughter's birthday party. It was everyhing a young girl could imagine for a perfect tea party. The food was delightful and the service supreme. Edith Mae's made it perfect and memorable for us all.
