Food: I had a resevation for my group of 5. Upon arrival, we waited for 10 minutes at the front of store to be acknowledged and brought to our table. Upon being seated at table we were not offered water or anything. We sat patiently for 20 more minutes waiting for someone to come to our table with menus. They appeared to be extremely short-staffed and everyone was waiting for service. This was a most disappointing experience. I am very sorry as we had been very excited about our luncheon to Elizabeth's Tea Room. We will never go back. I hope that this was just an isolated instance, and that other do not have to experience what we did. |

We are so very sorry for your unhappy experience at Elizabeth's. We have had days with fewer staff members due to the owners' families: death in one family and hospitalization in another. Food: I went here with my grandmother's red hat club and absolutely loved it! The tea and food was just amazing!! I'm planning to come for my 15th birthday with my mom and grandma (nana) July 1!! <3 |

Food: I keep an album with pics of all tea rooms that I visit. I travel looking for tea rooms. Sorry to say that I won't reccomend this one. Extremelly light lemon grass infusion and lipstick left on everything! No water offer? |
