Food: The hostess is a great British woman and knows what she is doing. She brings a certain warmth to that place by her personality. The tea room itself is very elegant. would definitely go again. |

Food: The English Rose is always a wonderful place for tea. I work downtown, so this is one of my favorite places to go during my lunch hour. I am a tea girl, so to be able to visit a tea room any day of the week is a real treat! The service at the English Rose is always friendly and warm. The food is excellent! They have a wonderful lunch menu, but I also like that you can choose to have the afternoon tea on a whim and not have to reserve it in advance. I highly recommend this tea room. It's a regular favorite of mine! |
