We thought they had everything oraganized the way they made the food was creative and very delicious! The atmosphere was very relaxing and all the stress seems to melt off you when you have their delicious mouth watering scones with Devonshire cream.You will love the 4 courses along with relaxing hot and cold teas of all kinds of varieties! My mom and I had the best time it was a tea to remember! We plan to make going their a tradition. Thank you Victoria for making our tea so special you really work so so hard!

I have been to all of them and this by far and away is the beThe variety of the food is superb, the atmosphere is charming and Victoria is the best. She is warm, exciting and entertaining and I for one never tire of the stories she tells surrounding the history of the Log House. I take everyone I know there and no one has ever been disappointed.
Her Christmas tea is spectacular and not to be missed.

This was a lovely event, we drove from Maryland and it was worth all the miles. Wonderful food, kind and friendly staff. Owner, came out into the tea room area and talked to us, made us feel special. we will be back again. Left with a peaceful feeling. Her shop had many things for sale.

I am an avid tea goer and this tearoom is by far the best!! The Atmosphere is very soothing unlike other tearooms I have visited. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The food was out of this world!! They have by far the best scones I've ever tasted!! Try it you won't be disappointed!!

A friend and I hosted a bridal shower here, and it added so much to the day. Tasty food, unique tea blends, and a relaxing atmosphere let us enjoy the shower as much as the bride-to-be. Plus, shopping in their country store and talking with the owner afterwards was a delightful end to a lovely afternoon.

We belong to a chapter of Red Hatters, we so enjoy coming to the Freedom Log Tea room, we are welcomed so lovingly, food is great and the serving girls are so nice, they are there with refills to our glasses before we even ask. We are allowed to laugh and truly enjoy fellowship. The owner is the cook and she takes time at the end of our tea, to come out into the tea rooms to visit us, talks to everyone. We are coming back again and again. Love it, love it.

Well once again I have not been dissapointed--my visit to the Freedom Log House was excellent! The scones are my favorite and today we had chocolate chip with raisins acones and they were yummy! The soup was cheesy potato soup which was very good as well. While I always enjoy the food, I especially love being in a place that takes you back in time and helps you to forget just for awhile all your worries. The food and tea were wonderful and the hospitality of the hostess was great! She was such a friendly, pleasant person. We had a misunderstanding in our little group as to our meeting to go to the tearoom, so some of the group was late in coming. The hostess was very understanding, showed no irritation, and, in fact, allowed me to use her phone to contact the rest of the group. She made us feel very comfortabe, encouraging us to put the confusion out of our minds and enjoy our time there.

This tea was the best ever. all of the food was excellent, the service was great and atmosphere was charming. I wish I could visit once a week. While I can't remember all of the interesting different flavors of teas or spreads, etc. everything was wonderful. The Italian Noodle Soup was out of this world and there was certainly enough of everything. The cold tea was a peach and mango and was as good as the hot tea. I can't wait to take some of my lady friends there.

I've never been to a tea house before, but we were so blessed by our experience today! My mom was visiting from Indiana, and I wanted to have a special 'girls day' with her. We loved the atmosphere, the food was delicious, and we enjoyed just taking our time to visit. They only offered one type of cold, and one type of hot tea, but we enjoyed our selection tremendously!! As I said, I've never been to tea before, so I had no preconcieved expectations!! Thank you for blessing us with your establishment. We will be back!!
