I loved this tea room. The food was excellent and the service was the best I have ever had. I loved the shop upstairs and had a great time sharing this time with my mother. I do suggest reservations. We had a small 10-15min wait but it was worth waiting on.

Delicious, hot soups served in tea cups were delicious, as were the finger sandwiches and the house salad. All together, the 3-4 times we've been ther, it was a very pleasant experience.

I want to apoligize to Mary Humphrey for having to wait on Saturday. I was part of the high tea prior to hers and our group ran over into her time causing the waitstaff to run late. We were having such a good time and enjoying the the food and atmosphere so much we didn't want to leave. We will definetely be back!!! The food is great and the shopping upstairs is wonderful.

I recently attended a bridal shower at Queen's. We drove in from Austin so had absolutely no idea what to expect. The place is adorable, the staff is friendly and informational. While I am a huge fan of great teas, with our large group we were basically drinking iced teas to keep things simple. I had the basic black and an incredibly powerful peach tea. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. [I posted a pic.] Who knew you could get so full from petite, beautiful offerings. Be sure to try their signature white cake. Yum!! Oh - and their walnut cranberry bread made from a 100 year old starter batch. Soups are served in a variety of antique tea cups and saucers, and are wonderfully delicious and hot.Overall a wonderful experience and the perfect setting for a sweet wedding shower.

We reserved the tea room (now Generations Tea Room) a month in advance for a High Tea Bridal Shower of 15 people at 2:30pm on a Saturday after the restaurant had closed. The hostess's arrived at 2 pm and nothing was done in the private room to prepare for the shower. At 2:30 they were just getting started setting up. The shower began 15 minutes late and the tables were not set with the tea cups, roses, bridal confetti and settings we were promised. The food was good although some of the sandwich bread (top crust) was dry and the soup just warm. We had one server and he was very slow to get the tea, sandwich trays and soup to the guests. The brides crown was presented to her shortly before the shower was over instead of the beginning of the affair. At $18.00 per guest we expected the ... (more)

I completely disagree with the previous review. I loved everything about my visit to this tea room. The food was amazing and the service was superb. I really enjoyed the hot sandwich with pineapple. I loved the hot cinnamon tea, I even bought a can. Thanks for the great experience. I will definitely be back!

My famliy and I waited forever to be waited on and to recive our food. The food was not that great. I would NOT reccomend this tearomm to anyone. Im am sorry to put it this way.

To all of our friends,
Greg and I want to thank you for everything. These last 3 years have been a wonderful experience. We have sold the tearoom to our dear friends the Melson's. Some of you may already know Charlie and Amanda who have helped me so much, they are part of this incredible family. I hope you will all come and see what they have done to the tearoom. Everything I could only dream of doing, they are in the process of making come true. The menu will be out of this world,
the service will be fantastic and the presence of the Lord will continue to reign. I will be seeing a lot of you in there, I already have lunch dates set. You will all be so delighted with what Debbie and her family are going to do for you. Don't forget to ask about their catering menu!!
Be blessed in all you do.

We just left the tearoom and had the High Tea. It was so good and done beautifully. The Holiday Tea and Indian Spice teas were wonderful. The tea sandwiches, scones, breads and fruit were a perfect combination. Thanks for a great lunch. P.S. The service was fantastic, too. Candy and Amy

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It's safe to say that I will most definitely be visiting again. The Queen's Crazy Kitchen is just the greatest!! We held a bridal shower for my future daughter-in-law on August 4, 2007, and everyone commented on the beautiful setting, excellent food and wonderful service. My daughter suggested a tea room for the shower and my niece recommended this one. Since I was unfamiliar with tearooms, I followed their recommendations and am so glad I did. Thank all of you for providing something memorable for our family!!

The Queen's Crazy Kitchen is BY FAR the most excellent tea room I've visited. I've been to tea rooms across League City, Alvin, and Houston, and I've never seen been in such a wonderful tea room. The staff is extremely friendly, the food is fantastic, and the atmosphere is amazing. From the extravagant murals on the walls to the DELICIOUS food and desert, this is the best tea room around. I highly recommend it.
