This is a Great Tearoom! I love the fact that you can either order an Afternoon Tea service or a Lunch service. The other day I came in and had their Gilded Melt sandwich and a cup of the Apple Sweet Potato soup. It was really good! I also Love their Vast Tea Seletion as well. The service is always friendly and cheerful and I feel welcomed each time I visit!

My friend took me to the Gilded Rose yesterday for a mini bridal shower - just the two of us. I cannot say enough about how lovely it was! I was almost overwhelmed by the huge selection of teas, but in a good way. I had the Violet Earl Grey and it was probably the yummiest tea I have ever had. The service was fantastic; our waitress (was it Jessica? Jennifer? I'm horrible with names) was an absolute doll. She was very friendly and attentive, refilling our pots with hot water a couple of times and then giving us entirely fresh leaves when the tea became too weak. And we didn't even have to ask for it! The food was delicious and the courses paced perfectly.

Thank you to the Gilded Rose Manor for an excellent Mother's Day Tea. My sister and I could not have asked for a more perfect day. Our mom enjoyed every minute of it. Everything was beautiful and the selection of sanwiches was very special. I will be returning very soon.

The Mother's Day tea at the Gilded Rose was absolutely perfect. All of the food was so delicious and the waitstaff ensured that all of the guests had a day to remember. We also received a gorgeous tea cup and saucer as a gift. I will definitely be going back, and soon!

My mother and I have gone to this tea room several times, to celebrate special occasions. I love treating her to tea here because we can sit and relax, chat, never feel rushed, and are waited on by attentive servers. The Mother's Day Tea, today, was the best time of all--great attention was given to the celebration and we were presented with lovely teacups and saucers when we departed! The Guilded Rose Manor does not disappoint--we will be back again and again. Even my 5 year old granddaughter loves the experience.

The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, in addition to delicious food. I love the scones, sandwiches and salads. They have an amazing selections of teas served to you by a friendly, hardworking, excellent staff. I'm hooked.

I was there for a birthday party in the private room and found the service to be very poor, the staff rude and unhelpful. They even ate some of the cake that we brought for the party without asking! I will not be back.

This is a great place for lunch. I love their sandwiches and the hot savory. They always keep the teapots full, which is great because I love to sit and chat with friends over a nice relaxing lunch. The inside is very cute, Victorian cottage, (which is only bad because I would love to take my husband there) and would be great to host a child's tea party or just to have a girl-y tea time. I love this place, and will keep going back!

I had the pleasure of dining in this lovely establishment this weekend with some friends. We ordered the Royal Tea, enjoyed every last bite of the fabulously prepared sandwiches (especially the chicken cranberry), delectable spinach and cheese savory, adorable Valentine pastries(you can purchase them to take home with you too!!!) and simply delicious scones. We were in for a treat that day when our server told us they had banana chocolate chunk scones that day! We were stuffed and still had leftovers for a mid afternoon snack. The tea list is extensive and everything sounds magnificent. I tried the Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, loved it and cannot wait to take my daughter so we can try something new. Overall, the best experience with a high tea service as well as knowledgable and accomodating service I have ever had in a tea room. We will definitely be returning!

I just visited this tearoom this afternoon with my mosr dear friends for their Gingerbread Cottage Tea. As far as the food goes, everything was delicious especially those scones. The service was so friendly as well as very organized, but most of all it was so much fun. I truly felt like a kid again. My husband loved my gingerbread house it is on display on my mantle right by my Christmas tree. Thank you to the girls of the Gilded Rose for making this holiday event so special.

Finally made it to this tearoom. The food was good and service fine. They do need a bit of freshening up; the sofa seats were a bit dingy. also, for price you should be offered as much tea as you want. A little improvement in the above areas and this tearoom would be top notch.

Enjoying the relaxing Victoria atmosphere at the Gilded Rose Manor, excellent selection of tea, yummy sandwiches is the best way to enjoy an afternoon. The service is always efficient and courteous. Try the Buckingham Palace tea or one of their other specialty teas!
