The Gourmet Briar Patch is a simple cottage tea room from its checker-board floors, cozie fireplace, family antiques, and desire to make you feel at home. Our Mid-Day Tea has been adopted to accomodate the comfort and wants of our local customers. It is a combination of Afternoon Tea and High Tea. We pride ourselves on being flexible to meet the needs and desires of our guest. Also, we are handicapped accessible for those that might require those accomodations.

We invite you to stop in to browse our gift shop, have a cuppa of our teas which come to us from Assam, India or enjoy the food. Reservations are always suggested.
We request a 2-day notification for special diet teas i.e. gluten free. This allows us to do something special for you.

Food: Fantastic place to visit and enjoy delicious food and teas. (5 folks 5 different tea selections) Started a tradition at GBPTR with granddaughter and friends, birthday celebration. Ginger and Ron are excellent hosts, atmosphere wonderful, made us all feel so welcome and we enjoyed our stay tremendously. Will visit there more often! Granddaughter, who turned 8, said it was her 'best ever tea party.' |
