My mother and my 2 sisters have a tea paty together once a month. We chose to go to the Governor's Meeting House last month. We had an excellent time. They served us iced and hot tea, which was delicious. Our food was wonderful! And the service was incredible. The chef even came to our table to visit with us and share great cooking tips and recipes. We will definitely go back!

I can see why this tea room was voted the best tea room in Kansas City for 2007. An historic setting, convienent to I-35, high quality food, entusiastic and knowlegable owners. This is a must for every one who enjoys a leisurely tea luncheon!
