When visiting Savannah for the Southern Lady Celebration I visited several of the 'Tea Shops'. I chose your tea sandwich and assortments. I was so disappointed - the sandwiches were hard and dry, no taste to the scones and no clotted cream or jam to add any moisture or flavor to them. Besides being cramped and loud, you had to wait in line for the one restroom.

I went to SCAD and enjoyed the Gryphon tea room because of its atmosphere and its unique food. The place is popular and can get quite crowded with group teas and bus groups. The service depends on the day but the food and the interior I think makes up for it! And SCAD students can pay for it on their ID cards!
