We were treated to 'Inspirations' this month while visiting friends in Oklahoma. The scones and lemon curd were a nice appetizer. I enjoyed the Tearoom Trio, and my 10 year old daughter got the Princess Asheley tray with all kinds of goodies. The scripture cards included on each plate are a nice touch.
I had the Almond Amaretto hot tea which was excellent. We enjoyed the gift shop afterwards and hope to go back next time we are in the area.

We visited the tea house in January and it was wonderful. . . so wonderful that we decided to hold a little girls birthday party at your establishment. We scheduled a couple of months in advance. Needless to say, our waitress, one waitress for 22 people, was rude, she brought our 'iced tea' out initially after she REFUSED to serve us hot tea off the menu and we never saw her again until she brought out our measly serving of food that was not enough, and when we asked for more food we were refused even after our offer to pay extra for more food. We didn't see her again for drink refills of our iced tea or any service (15 min. before our party was up) until we inquired about the birthday cake (in which she forgot) and was she about to refuse that service until another waitress told her we... (more) paid for the cake. To top the whole event off, our waitress told one of my guests, (MY GUESTS WHOM I INVITED), that we needed to go pay our ticket. I was extremely embarrased when I heard this. They offered no explanations for the lousy service, the measly meal or the refusal to serve us hot tea. Well, they did tell us they serve one tray for six people even though while leaving we saw a table with six people seated with two trays. That would have been well and good except for the fact that the trays were measly. Our experience in January offered trays that were packed full of fruits (oranges, strawberries, grapes), oodles of quiche, sandwiches of four different varieties and large slices of cheescake on top, many small cakes throughout the tray, including many many scones with lemon custard. Our tray for the birthday party had grapes, three sandwich varieties (enough for maybe two sandwiches a piece for six women), and about 10 of those little 1' X 1' frosted cakes, four chocolate covered strawberries, two cookies and three scones with lemon custard (Mainly the tray was packed with large bunches of grapes to fill the space). I would like to come back again because I loved it the first time and it would be grest to see that these things are made better but I will NEVER hold a party at your establishment again and while I might recommend for a lunch for two I will not recommend you for a party. It was expensive, and while we never once complained about the price even at the register while we paid our party, but we DID NOT get what we paid for not even close.

We went to Inspirations for an anniversary party and I was very impressed. I am planning a tea party for my granddaughters birthday and i know it will be wonderful. The party trays were delicious and very elegant.

My husband and I love to visit this tearoom to feel we are in a transformed place. The atmosphere, food, presentation and service is wonderful. It is a special place to take someone. Love the dinnerware and the scones and lemon curd.

This tearoom is a delight. My daughter-inlaw and I love slipping away there for a relaxing and pampered lunch and/or tea. I always take my guests from out of town there, too and we all give Inspirations rave review. My favorite tea is the 'Wedding White'.

While Inspirations Tea Room does have good food and a cute little tea room, that is about all it can boast. After visiting the tea room at least five times prior, I decided to hold my daughters 4th birthday party there. I have had multiple problems with service (for instance, not receiving the tea that I ordered until the end of the meal because they forgot). My profession is as a wedding planner and I thought this would be a great way to try the tea room out before booking a client with them for a bridal shower. The staff offered resistance to everything when it came to planning the details of the birthday party. Brides...if your wedding color is pink then you will love this tea room. However, if you would choose to try and decorate in any manner they stricly prohibit it. Even for profess... (more)ional planners who have worked to coordinate events for The Knot, Inc., they would not allow us to bring in outside decorations. Not only did they not allow me to decorate the room with reasonable decorations but they also had an attitude with me. For a company that proclaims they are encouraging christian fellowship, they certainly do not act like it. Since that event, I have never returned to the tea room, nor do I have plans to return again. I also discourage any of my clients or other brides from planning an event there. Especially, if you are looking for a no hassle, no stress bridal shower party. There are other great tea rooms out there with better service and kinder staff personnel.

A little taste of heaven! Inspirations Tea Room has become a very special place for my daughter and I. We go for lunch and stay for hours. Larry always comes up to us and says 'hello', and talks with us. The food is incredible. Everything is so fresh! We always get the Tearoom Trio. It's always exciting to see what soup and what desserts are being served for the day. It is also nice receiving a 'prayer for the day', with our meal. After our delicious lunch, it's off to the gift shop, then on to smell the new Tyler candles, and of course, purchase several teas, scones and lemon curd for home. The inside decor and outside landscaping are professionally inviting. The atmosphere is very warming and peaceful with beautiful calming music. The staff are always catering to your every need and so pleasant. Inspirations Tearoom is a very memorable experience that you will want to endure again, and again.
