Into My Garden Tearoom, Cafe and Catering

My daughter and I LOVE Into My Garden Tearoom!! We have visited others, they do not compare. We love the ambiance, the food, and the friendly service all around. I love the path that leads to the tearoom..all the nifty things and it smells so good! Presentation is everything and this Tearoom delivers!!! We will definitely be back with more friends=)

I LOVE Into My Garden Tearoom!

It has a cute atmosphere with mismatched tea cups/pots and quilts on the tables. They always have an iced tea of the day or you can choose a tea bag from the tea chest. The chest holds a wide variety of Stash teas that are then served if your very own tea pot.

The food is delicious! I never have to think about what to order. I love the sampler plate with soup of the day, quiche, and chicken salad elegant. It also comes with a mini carrot muffin that I always look forward to! It is plenty of foo and I'm always too full to consider desert but I did get to split a yummy berry cobbler once.

This isn't necessarily the place to go if for a quick lunch, but it is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy time with friends. The service is always so helpful and friendly. Linda always welcomes us warmly as if we were old friends.

this place was a bit odd, the tea house is in the back of a toy shop. So when I first came in I thought where is the tea house? We looked over the menu and decided that a Tea in Three Tiers would be best, but I tell you at $18 I really was thinking I would get much more than what I did. The food was okay, good if you’re a chick salad kind of fan. My friend with me said one of the strawberry cake breads felt like it was from a box. When the check came I felt that the 70+ for three people was way over priced. I even felt a bit hungry at the end.

The staff was very friendly though, which was nice.

We also came in at the end of one kid party and the start of another. It seems more like a “kid tea fantasy land.” I won’t be going back. Too Overpriced and not really refined.

The first time I came to this tearoom was with my Red Hat Society group several years ago. I still eat here once a week and tell everyone I know how great their food and service is! I look forward to my tearoom visit every week.

We reserved the room for a tea time and the women that came absolutely loved it! The service was amazing and very welcoming. The food was unique and enjoyed by all. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and makes you want to stay all day. I could not get enough of their tea! And their chicken salad elegant is the best I have ever had. We will be using this tea room again!

The number 1 ranking shocked me, the food was not well cooked at all. I at least expected a clean environment, I could see dust of everything that stood still. Very busy place, but undeserving of these outstanding reviews. I was very disappointed and won't be returning.

Such lovely people who really work hard to make your experience special. Our Bridal luncheon went off with so little effort on our part - all we did was invite our guests, plan a couple of games and show up!

We had such a lovely time at 'Into My Garden Tea Room.' A close friend of mine, as well as our moms, hosted a bridal shower and everything was spectacular! Jennifer and Linda did a wonderful job of making sure everything went off without a hitch, even when the guest list continued to grow! They allowed us to use the larger dining area, which ended up being a better location for our group. Everyone had a lovely time and the food was DELICIOUS! We thank Linda and Jennifer tremendously!

While I may not be the target demographic (Male, 27, Single) I at least expected to feel welcomed. The Tearoom is crammed into the back of an antiques store with trellises designed to separate the tearoom from the antique store. Was presented with a selection of bagged teas and a small teapot. Preperation was water from an electric kettle (which tasted like it had been pulled directly from the City Tap Water and left standing for 2 hours at high temp) and the tea bag was stuffed in before the lid was closed. Food tasted as though it was prepared offsite, chilled, and microwaved to re-heat. Even with it being just down the road, I wouldn't return.

I had my Bridal Shower here last weekend and it turned out to be so much more than what I expected!! The location was great, the service was great, the food was great, and the pricing was great...overall a wonderful experience! They accommodated all 25 of my guest who were served fresh fruit, tea breads, scones, and a variety of tea! They also cut, plated, and served the cake that was brought. The dishes that they used were perfect for the occasion! All of my guest raved about how much fun they had! I would definitely recommend this tea room for any bridal/baby shower, little girls birthday party, or even lunch with the girls!

I hosted a bridal shower for my soon to be daughter in law and it was a great time. We had the dress up trunk as well and that just added to the fun honestly. I really loved that they treated my little 2.5 year old special with her own little tea set and tea cup with pink lemonade. She LOVED it and it kept her entertained. Thanks Linda for being such a great host!

Seventeen friends went today Into My Garden Tearoom, to celebrate a friend who is becoming a Grandma for the first time. I made all the arrangements. Everyone could not stop thanking me. It was just lovely. Also, working with Linda was a delight. We had a wonderful afternoon, and will certainly return.

We had my daughter in laws baby shower on a Saturday. It was reasonably priced and the set up was so charming. Linda and Jennifer were easy and pleasant to work with. The food is always delicious and the portions are hearty and presented so nicely! I loved that after they'd served the initial drinks (all black berry iced tea) they set carafes on the tables so everyone could refill at their convenience. The room was a little warm but it was a hot day plus it's a very old building which is part of the charm of this tea room. The only negative to our party was that they'd scheduled another party immediately following ours so I felt like I was hustling my guests out the door. I would recommend discussing this when you book your event. I want to say however that I would do this at In My Garden again and again! I've rec'd so many compliments from friends who attended on how lovely it all was.

Had a preview Royal Tea to see if my sisters would like this place and they LOVED IT! We went ahead and booked her bridal shower there that day! Cannot wait to introduce everyone to a new tradition!!! Super value, Super service, and Super food & of course tea :)

We had a wedding shower at the tea room and the food was amazing!! It was the easiest shower I have ever done and not too expensive at all. I was so so glad we did it! The room was nice and the set up was great. The only thing that was not the best was the temperature of the room was a little warm. Everything else was fabulous!!!

I had my granddaughter’s sixth birthday party at the tearoom. All the little girls
had a wonderful time and each felt special and were treated like a princess.
Linda and Jennifer went out of their way to make each girl to feel special.
I would recommend this tearoom for everything from little girls birthday parties, mommy and me lunch to girl’s day out luncheon.

My daughter LOVES having tea parties at home so I decided to have a real one for her 5th birthday party. She LOVED it! She felt like a true birthday princess & enjoyed all the little details. The 'mommies' were very impressed that 'Into My Garden Tearoom' took care of every detail! I really enjoyed this party, too, because I didn't have to do anything! I got to watch my daughter having fun and visit with the other mothers! Also, I have an allergy to wheat & gluten so I was offered a beautiful fruit plate as an alternate selection...They provided excellent customer service!

We hosted a baby shower at Into My Garden Tearoom, and it was incredible. The food is delicious, and the employees are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend it!

We had a Mother-Daughter Tea for our gymnastics team at Into My Garden Tearoom. The owner was extremely accommodating with everything from the time of our tea to seating arrangements. The girls and moms had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and the place settings were beautiful. We can't wait to return!

We had our daughtter's 5th birthday party at the tea room..the table decorations was very cute!and the girls really enjoyed their food. All the little guests had a great time! and best of all we do not need to do anything..everything was taken care of for us!! we just show up at the party.

I hosted a bridesmaid luncheon for 18 here on Saturday afternoon. It was fabulous! The food was delicious, the atmosphere delightful, the staff very friendly, courteous and helpful! I would recommend Into My Garden tearoom to anyone wishing to have a pary, large or small.

I brought my mother and Grandmother here when they visited me and we had a wonderful time! My 90 yr old grandma has high standards when it comes to high tea since she is from London and she liked it. The customer service was fabulous. Very warm, cozy feel and the food/tea were tasteful. Thank you!

I unexpectedly took my mother in law to this wonderful tea room for a late lunch, I enjoyed the fair and the company and would suggest that anyone that is thinking this would be a nice place for a lunch or a even better place for a party, well your thinking is right!!!

My sister, sisters-in-law, and I had lunch for the first at Into My Garden Tearoom on Saturday with our mom. First let me say we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere was far above our expectations and the food was superb. This was our first outing as 'just the girls' and I wanted to say thank you to you and your staff for making it an enjoyable day for us and a memorable occasion. I highlight recomment it! (Be sure to try to New Orleans pasta salad and for dessert the cobbler is a must!)

This was actually my 2nd time to use Into My Garden Tearoom. We had a graduation tea for my older daughter 6 years ago. And it was such a success, we decided to do it again. The owner and staff made my daughter and her friends feel very special for her graduation tea. It was a wonderful time for each girl.

Mother and I have been eating here at least once a week for a couple of years and the quality of the food (especially the green chili quiche) is always excellent. Their soups and chicken salads can't be beat. Everyone feels like family and that gives my mother a bright spot for the week (she is 89 years old). Thanks for such a happy and caring place.

We were a group of 9 English university reps and we had arranged an afternoon tea event at Into My Garden for local high school college counsellors. Linda and Jennifer did an absolutely superb job of arranging everthing and the food was fabulous - little cakes, savoury finger sandwiches and delish scones. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the setting is quaint and lovely. Thank you, Linda and Jennifer!

Into My Garden has the best quiche I've ever tasted, bar none. I also prefer their chicken salad over any other in the metroplex, and their fruit, pastries, and pasta salad are always fresh. Enjoy!

My mother and I have been eating here once a week for at least three years. We LOVE IT! I crave their fresh quiche and delicious elegant chicken salad. We have received nothing but the best service, and really enjoy the atmosphere.

I recently had my baby shower there and I couldn't have had a better experience! Everyone loved the food (especially the quiche!) and the apricot iced tea. Linda was so helpful, my guests loved her hospitality. We'll definitely come back for more!

This was the perfect place to have my daughters 5th birtday party. We celebrated with a Enchanted Princess Tea Party and this was excellent! The table, the tea,the tea pots, the cake and the food was perfect. My daughter and her guest felt so special and grown up! Ms.T. Of Into my garden catered a luncheon event for me on Feb.24th 2011. It was in every way wonderful! Food delish and her thoughtful presentation was so pretty,my guests loved it all. This was the 4th or 5th visit our Tea Club has made to Into My Garden and every time is better than the last. The tea was perfectly brewed and the food was very tasty. This time the sweets were my favorite, I am diabetic so I only had a taste of each one but they were really gteat. The service was wonderful. Our group really like to 'visit' and we were not 'rushed' at all! I am sure we will go back next year since this is a favoriet among our ladies!

Into My Garden was chosen as the caterer for the annual Valentine Tea for my organization, Newcomer Friends of Greater Plano. There was 180 attendees. The food was delivered promptly and the food was excellent. Linda, co-owner, was a pleasure to work with and made my job as Valentine Tea Chair much easier. I would highly recommend this tearoom for any event you may be planning.

We held a Mother/Daughter tea at Into My Garden Tearoom for our NCL class. The atmosphere was perfect and the tea and the food were delicious. The service was great and the staff was great to work with planning the event.

This is the BEST Tea Room around and I have been to quite a few. My sister-in-law and I had a great lunh there recently and the Tomato Basil Soup was excellent. As always, the Sampler plate with quiche, pasta salad, chicken salad, soup and muffin was delicious.

I decided to take my 2 daughter-in-laws and 3 granddaughters for lunch and tea in January. I was very unhappy with the whole situation. I asked for a time that they were available, not my time. I was told 1:00. We were not seated until 1:15, in fact no one even acknowledged we were there. Our table was to be set for 3 child's teas and there was nothing ready. There was also a hole in the roof and dirty water was dripping on our table, as we ate. There was no room for us all to sit and it became very uncomfortable. I will not be returning.
