Variety: My daughter and I visited the tea room this past Saturday. It was everything we were hoping for in a tea room. We loved the china and the scones and pumpkin bread were very good with the jam and devonshire cream. A tea room is supposed to be a place where you don't have to rush and just enjoy yourself and that is exactly what we found. Thank you. |

Tearoom Response
Pat, thank you for your kind words. I am glad you had the chance to sit and relax. We share the same tea room philosophy. I'm happy to read that you enjoyed the china and the food as well. We look forward to serving in the future. Mark Prostko

Variety: Went to the tea room this past saturday with my mother and a friend. The finger sandwiches were absolutely horrible and gave me a bellyache the rest of the day. The place settings did not match whatsoever and the service was very slow considering the outrageous prices. I will never step foot in Jessica's Tearoom again and I would most definitely suggest that nobody else try it either. The entire experience was a nightmare. |

Tearoom Response
Melinda,I am very sorry to read about your poor experience at the Tea Room. I am the Chef and the Owner, I was there all day, I wish you would have brought your dissatisfaction to my attention this day, instead of this website forum. Maybe I could have done something to correct the problems. The place settings are designed not to match. I'm not sure what your price expectations would be for a five course high tea. I believe we charge a fair price for our meals. Again I apologize for your un pleasant visit. Mark Prostko

Variety: We went this past Sunday for breakfast. It was horrible! We were seated at a table with a dirty clothe, the chair cover was dirty and I got syrup all over my pants, and the place is in a general state of ill repair. (The ceiling holes covered with cardboard and duct tape) The was bigalow in bags and the coffee was of very poor quality, we could not drink it. The food was nothing to brag about. The service was very slow. I will not be back and I can not suggest that people go there it was that bad. |

Tearoom Response
EVK, I can't begin to apologize for your poor experience at my restaurant. It's certainly not the way I would like to start the year and definitely not a true showing of what we do. We try to take care of the customer and we are proud of the product we provide. Yes, for breakfast due to price points we use tea bags. I'm sorry you were disappointed with he coffee but I know the server brewed even a second pot for you, freshness and quality were not compromised. The cardboard and duct tape were there, sloppy I admit, but in a rush to eliminate a huge draft on the guests I covered the duct work. It wasn't a random hole in the ceiling. We will continue to work towards meeting and exceeding our customers expectations, I'm sorry you were disappointed. Mark Prostko
