Step back in time to an atmosphere set in an elegant Victorian style.
Artistic original woodwork, damask table linens, lace accessories, a table set in fine china sets the perfect atmosphere to celebrate that special occasion.
The menu consists of scones served with Devonshire cream, lemon curd, and jam. Finger sandwiches decorated with edible flowers, an assortment of entrees, high quality tea, and a fine array of pastries add a touch of elegance.

Jessica's has the PERFECT tea menu setup! Tea, scones, a selection of tea sandwiches, soup/salad, an ENTREE, desserts..LOVE IT!!!
Unfortunately it doesn't quite have the feeling of a 'tea' room though they are trying...Like the other reviewer said, it's more of a restaraunt style place, but all in all it is quite nice. On Mother's Day it DEFINITELY has more of a 'tea room' feeling, but on other days...it feels like you're part of the crowd and the servers are friendly, but you do feel like another regular diner.

This tea room is a bit different from others we have visited. We still like it, but something is missing from the quaint tea experience. The room itself is more of a restaurant-style, and on the varied occasions we've been there, seems to become quite loud.
The tea selection is adequate, and the finger sandwiches are divine. I was happy to get an entree with my full tea, however the tuna melt seemed as if the 'melt' component was a slice of Kraft 'cheesefood' singles...and not so tasty. However they do have quite a variety and I will try something else next time. All and all it is a fun and delicious tea experience, although not my favorite.
