Variety:     Artistry:     Service:     Food: Why is this called a tearoom? Because they have tea on the menu? UGH! Worst service! Maybe you'll receive decent attention if you are WHITE. We'll NEVER return.

Variety:     Artistry:     Service:     Food: It had a funky atmosphere, a less clean feeling than I expected too homey for me. Personnel had a, I felt, condescending attitude. If I had not visited a tea room previously, I would not look forward to another experience. I didn't realize until I left that we had been over charged. I don't think it was intentional. We were a party of three and none of us will return.

Variety:     Artistry:     Service:     Food: terrific ambience, back garden seating, on-going entertainment, and special nights make Julie's a special neighborhood spot. Great teas and specail hotchocolates, infused drinks make the fare very special.
