Variety: I had a delightful time at Lady Bedford's last Friday. Four of us were served lunch which included tea, soup, sandwiches and dessert. The lovely presentation of our food was served on beautiful china. We all agreed that everything was delicious. The atmosphere is everything you could want in a tea parlour. All of the staff is so pleasant and very accommodating. I highly recommend Lady Bedford’s and look forward to a return visit. |

Variety: My first visit to Lady Bedford's was with my best friend for Friendship Day. How delightful to share high tea in a warm, cozy Victorian atmosphere, amid friendly, eager staff. We were provided with a three tier server of scones, fruits, petit fours, and scrumptious finger sandwiches that melted in our mouths. And the tea was smooth, fragrant and we chose from over 50 varieties. We could have stayed all day because it was a heavenly day. We truly loved it. A 'must do' experience, over and over again. The quaint house converted to a tea room serves a small clientle but the personalized service matches the delicious food. Award winning! |

Variety: Just returned from my first visit to Lady Bedford's. Certainly will not be my last. Had luncheon tea with my mom and my daughters. Tea, food and service was all outstanding. Our server was very cordial and pleasant. Great halfway point between Raleigh and Charlotte. Be sure to have dessert -- lemon curd cake is sensational! |

Variety: A special thanks to the owners and their identical twin helpers for a warm, intimate, charming, and friendly high tea to honor my godchild. The presentation was lovely with the fresh flowers and the seating arrangements with tables of 4 and 8 just perfect. The scones, fruit, sandwiches, etc were scrumptious and wonderfully fresh. Again the high tea was marvelous, and I appreciate all your efforts to make it special for the bride-to-be. I will definitely recommend your tea parlor at every opportunity. |

Variety: I made a return visit to Lady Bedford's for lunch yesterday with friends. The ambiance is wonderful and just what one would expect from a Victorian tea parlor. The food was excellent, and the staff was very efficient and friendly. I'm not a tea drinker, but both times I got caught up in the atmosphere and ordered spiced teas. Both were very good. |

Variety: I too travel and frequent many tea rooms through out the country and was very disappointed in this tea room. The atmosphere was very nice enough but the food selection on the afternoon tea tier was extremely poor. The scones were without taste and the dessert consisted of four petit fors that could have been purchased just about anywhere and a bowl of berries. Not very creative and not much variety for having a pastry chef on staff. We did not get a thanks or even asked by the hostess, who I assume was the owner, after we paid, if we enjoyed our lunch. It appeared that most of the people there were having the other menu options. |
