Hours
Located in one of West Chester's most famous historic structures, The Lincoln Room provides a place to enjoy early morning tea, coffee and continental treats. By mid-morning, the Lincoln Room becomes a tea room offering a full luncheon served in the classic style of fine American tea rooms. The menu includes tea sandwiches, quiche, soups, sandwiches and loose-leaf teas six days a week (closed Sundays). While the menu offers guests a variety of choices, it also provides for an American Full Tea that offers scones and a choice of soup, then an assortment of tea sandwiches followed by dessert. One of the dessert specialties is the croissant bread pudding topped with vanilla or flavor-of-the-day sauce. Each Saturday, a special light-breakfast menu is offered starting at 8:00 am. Newly remodeled to reflect the historic character of the Lincoln Building, the original tin ceiling has been retained and an outdoor fountain placed in the front stairwell. One may enjoy a meal at The Lincoln Room both in the dining room, outside on the shaded patio or on the sidewalk near the fountain.

Variety: I've been here three times in the past month and I loved it every time. This is a great little place to go with a girlfriend for a quiet, delicious meal. The service and attention is so personalized and excellent. I'll be returning here many more times! |

Variety: Two of us shared the Tea for Two luncheon and it was delightful and filling. The third person in our group had the soup and sandwich and was very pleased with hers as well. I can recommend this tea house, except to those for whom stairs are a problem, as there is no getting around the 7 or 8 steps down to the level of the Lincoln Tea House. |

Variety: This is one of the nicest tea shops we have ever eaten at. The service was warm, gracious and efficient. The food was delicious and we did not leave hungry. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a quite reasonably priced, wonderful tea! |

Variety: Just had a delightful tea at the Lincoln Room. Soup was delicious as were the tea sandwiches and the little desserts. And ample servings of both. And best of all, we received a wonderfully warm welcome from the staff. Looking forward to a return visit. |
