Variety:     Artistry:     Service:     Food: Walking into Mad Hat for the first time is like falling down the rabbit hole into the living space you wish were your own. Beautiful furnishings, a perfect sound system with the cds out to choose from, local artists on display, and the amazing scent of the finest teas available on this planet. Tobin is the absent minded favorite relative and Maureeen is the auntie who always has the cure all for what ails you (from hangovers to heartache to 'knocked up, listless and pissed' ). Kudos.

Variety:     Artistry:     Service:     Food: The owners are fun and make great conversation. Best selection of teas and environment for tea sipping I've experienced in Tacoma. Just a fun space to be in. Wish they were open just a little later though!
