Overview
The Magnolia & Ivy Tearoom is now open inside the Village of Baytowne Wharf in the Intrawest Sandestin Development in Sandestin, Florida. The new shop features the traditional English style tearoom and a tea bar. The tea bar provides smoothie tea-based beverages along with nutracueticals, bubble teas, chai, rooibos, and yerba mate. The entire Magnolia & Ivy concept is based on the customer being 'queen' with food and décor indulgent. A perfect fit for a resort experience. A children’s tearoom and tea related retail completes the venue.

This tea room will be closing in a couple of weeks. They are presently having closeout sales of all their tea inventory. We are sadden to see them close as this was a wonderful teatime experience. Thank you for sharing your teas and hospitality with others.

This is a beautiful tearoom with delicious food, a fabulous gift shop, and an amazingly large tea list. However, the room itself is kind of cramped and save up your money because it's expensive!
