Food: This is my favorite place to enjoy a cup of tea. They serve a signature blend unless you request something else and they sell a wide variety of teas. The food is amazing and there is a good variety and choice at the lunch. They are well known for their scones and secret recipe Devonshire cream. The atmosphere is charming. I am surprised that is is ranked so low, as I think it is one of the best in the Twin Cities. |
