Thank you so much Miss Melanie for a great time. There was seven in our group and we came all the way from the Smokey Mt. area. Well worth the drive. We had such a great time we plan on doing it again next year. We had the afternoon tea tray. I highly recommend it. the chocolate bliss cake was wonderful. My favorite was the fresh fruit sponge cake with whipped topping. I don't know what she did different to this average dessert but it was great. She does have the best scones I have ever had, and her freshly made almond cream & starwberry perserve are to dye for. Words can't describe the tomato soup. THE BEST TEA ROOM I HAVE EVER BEEN IN!! Can't wait to go back.

Miss Melanies Tea Room is a wonderful place to go eat, or sit and talk with your friends. The Tea Room is a good place to relaxe and enjoy your self. You loose your self in the smells of the warm scones and hot tea. Her gift shop has a wide selection of tea products like lotion, soaps, and loose tea that you can buy. Miss Melanie is so warm and kind and she is very easy to talk to. Her staff is wonderful and makes sure that your happy. Her teas are always made fresh and it has a great smell and taste. I strongly encourage any one who likes tea or wants to learnmore about tea should come to Miss Melanies Tea Room.

This is my favorite place. Miss Melanie is a fine, educated hostess. I would expect nothing less of an SMU grad. Her scones are the lightest, most scrumptious objects.
Everything else is divine as well. Glad to support a local business that serves such quality. :)

My recent afternoon visit to Miss Melanie's Tea Room was a cozy, friendly and relaxing event.
From the the beautiful China set tables, to the variety of teas, all was impressive. My Grandchildren and I especially liked the key lime and peanutbutter pies, scones and lemon curd. Yummy!

What an experience. The variety of tea available seemed unlimited and was it well preparpared. The victorian atmostphere was delightful and I really loved her scones and other home baked delights. I am glad we had a chance to visit this tearoom.

My womens group from church brought some 'Friend at Home' for High Tea and we were thrilled with our serivce and our food. Although there was a little mix up on the reservation time, the staff was never ruffled and we recieved excellent food and service. Our 3 'Friends' had a wonderful time and they look forward to returning in the near future.
