I went with a group of friends for tea this past Saturday and we had a wonderful time! The service could not have been better. Our server did not 'hover', but she was always there when we needed her. The food was delicious and everyone seemed to enjoy their meal. Rosemarie also made a point of stopping by our table to say hello and ensure that all was well. What a relaxing atmostphere! I left feeling satisfied, relaxed and refreshed. Thank you for a wonderful experience! We'll definitely be back!

My friends and I visited this tea room last Saturday and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious, especially the scones, and the service was great. Some tea rooms give you a time limit and that makes you feel rushed, but not here. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The place is just beautiful. Thank you Rosemarie for your hospitality.

What a wonderful find. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the food is excellent. Some of the best scones I have ever had and I've had a lot of scones from different tea rooms. We loved the desserts and sandwiches, too. I will definitely be back for more very soon!

What a wonderful treat for an afternoon get away. It was really hard to leave the atmosphere and background music were so relaxing. The variety of teas and the were wonderful, I bought several to take home. All of the food was fantastic and very fresh. The sandwiches were very creative and delicious, the whole presentation was wonderful. My experience was much more that I expected. There soup is also delicious. Rosemarie and her staff loves what they are doing - it shows in their welcoming smiles and in their excellent service - thank you for such a treat in my own backyard we love that you are here.

This is a great place for lunch or afternoon tea. I go by myself to get away from all the stress of work and the like. The food is terrific!The people are wonderful! The atmosphere takes you back to another time! Even Scarlett would have stopped in for 'Tea'! The Soups are the best I have ever had----Great taste! The choice of teas are really above measure, and the caribbean is one of the best around, says my husband. The desserts are excellent and varied. Rosemarie greets each of her guests and makes them feel at home. You certainly don't want to miss this treat on your next trip to Birmingham! Or like me, your next spare hour.

We went to this tea house because of the reviews on this site. We were not disappointed. What a special place to spend with friends and family. The atmosphere is relaxing and the personal service was excellent. The scones were the best and the desserts were really yummy. Thank you for an escape from reality.

I surprised my mother in law with a reservation of afternoon tea at this lovely tea room for Easter. We were greeted and seated promptly. The tea room that day was quite full (the middle of the holiday) but the service was uncompromised! I had the tea of the day, a black tea with orange and cinnamon, yum! I bought some to take home with me to California. The food was excellent, sandwiches, scones, and sweet desserts. We couldn't finish it all, but were happy to take it home. I look forward to returning when we visit again! Thank you

WOW! I had lunch at Rosemarie's today and I was incredibly impressed. The food and service were both excellent and the atmosphere is perfect! I would highly recommend the quiche and the soup. They were both excellent and the creme brulee for dessert was the best I have ever had. I will definitely be back!

My 16 year old daughter and I visited Miss Rosemarie's today and it was an absolute joy. The food was wonderful and the staff exceptional. I enjoy tea very much but my daughter is just getting started and I couldn't have found a better place for her to fall in love. Taking tea will now be something wonderful we can share together. I will soon take my younger daughter as well. We intend on returning often and would recommend Miss Rosemarie's to anyone.

I love Roemarie's Tea Room. The decor of the establishment is lovely as well as her service. She almost always has a new blend of tea for her patrons to sample. The style of her shop lends a very quaint and cozy feel to the atmosphere. Her scones are fantastic and I would recommended Edna's Cream Tea to anyone who wishes a good sampling of her delicious baked treats.
Overall a very good experience.

Lunch here was so very good. The chicken salad was the best I have ever had which is my favorite thing to try at the various tea houses. My friend had the quiche and raved about it. We spilt a piece of chocolate cake, just fabulous! We can't wait to go back. Oh yes and our tea was served really hot, which I ofen find is a problem in a lot of tea rooms around town. Keep up the good work Rosemarie! Bravo!!!!!

My husband and I enjoy visiting tea rooms (including other states and countries) so when we decided to take a trip to Alabama, I looked up tea rooms on our route and that's how I found Miss Rosemarie's. The scones, soup, tea sandwiches, desserts and presentation can only be described as excellent. But more important is the new friendship we made with the owner, Rosemarie and her staff. When you find a tea room that offers you both excellent food and that warm and confortable feeling that's when you found the best of both worlds. I can honestly say that the highlight of our trip was making a new friend and my only regret is that the tea room is about 5 1/2 hours away from where we live, otherwise we would be regular weekly visitors. If you don't visit, you will really be missing out on an extraordinary Tea Room experience.

Miss Rosemarie's is a delight! It's an oasis of calm where I sometimes go with friends. The owner and staff bend over backwards to be obliging, and the food is beautifully prepared and delicious. And the gift's area has lovely items perfect for when you need something special.

I have had tea in many different places, from London to Victoria and Miss Rosemarie's surpasses my tea expectations. Your friends and family will thoroughly enjoy the comforting and pleasurable atmosphere, along with the succulent food. If you want to experience tea then you have to go to Miss Rosemarie's.

This place is always amazing - the selection of tea is impeccable, the food is outstanding, the decor and company are always fabulous! I bring my mom anytime she is in town and my girlfriend and I try to visit at this once a month. (in fact, we were just in on Saturday. Its like a little getaway to a gentler time and place. My sister and I, along with my eight month old baby daughter had a wonderful Afternoon Tea here just last week. The atmosphere was just perfect after a long walk on a hot day - very refreshing! The tea and food were amazing. For me, one of the best parts was the fact that they were all very welcoming and helpful with my little girl. I had a wonderful time and will go back whenever I'm in Birmingham.

Oh my, what a charming place with a gourmet flair! I have been to many tea rooms in the South East and this one is the best! An impressive tea selection and the hostess is so good about educating her guests on the types and flavors. The food, too die for...absolutely the BEST scones I have ever eaten. I was also impressed with the berry soup for summer. the entire experience was a delight. A thoughtful and enviting spot for tea. I'll be back again and again.

Beautifully appointed and meticulous detail to the surrounding, your table and the service. Pampering and relaxation happens here! Definitely recommend bringing along a friend, co-worker, parent or child for tea and delectible goodies. Any occasion will be memorable. I've never had bad service any time I've been, no matter how busy it gets there! (I've been at least three times now). The prices are reasonable and considering how special they make you feel, I felt it well worth leaving my server a nice tip. It's hard to find a calming personal place like this with great food and servers that smile and pamper you like they do.
