I really enjoy attending the teas at Mullen’s Herbal Teahouse. I usually take my wife there for every tea function they have, she is an avid tea drinker; and can always find the newest tea product for sale their. Their menus consist of a 5 course herbal meal with water and tea included. The last tea I attended was her Valentines Day tea… Phenomenal!!!! The water, (absolutely refreshing after a long ride) included lemons, strawberries, mint, rose petals, and rose hips! The tea, a relaxing way to unwind and start the meal was a blend of their own organic Assam tea, blended with organic rose petals with yet a hint of raspberries! The dip was a blend of organic cheeses, served with assorted veggies and breads to dip it was so good that I practically almost filled up on that aft... (more)er eating most of it!! (And that was only the start of the many courses to follow) Next came the soup very warm and comforting on a cold day just what I needed, a new favorite too a cream of beets, with leek’s, and chives, topped with a heart cracker yummm…. Then the tea sandwiches and savories…First off there are like 7 different varieties of food on just this one plate, the first a cucumber on white with rose petal butter topped with roses, (which the roses are completely edible did not know that till I first started eating here everything on her plates are edible) the next chicken salad in a tart, then chivie egg salad with a hint of matcha green tea mayo on a whole wheat heart, a artichoke & spinach tart, roasted red pepper pizza bite, made with their own honey, a almond & rose tea bread with strawberry rose tea cream cheese and finally it was all served with Fresh Fruit and Ambrosia! The next to come was our scone which was a chocolate and cherry scone, served with Mullen’s clotted cream and cherry black tea jam! Then last was our dessert… An unbelievable presentation of culinary delights... It consisted of a white chocolate cherub on a red chocolate heart with cherry kisses! (And by the way she infuses all her chocolates with tea, it tastes really good too) A sugar cookie, a chocolate cherry truffle, an irresistible cheesecake topped with cherries and rose petals! The time and effort she must use to make her presentation look so wonderful is unlike any place I have ever been!!! The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful and not just for women but for men also, she always has a wonderful list of instrumental music playing in the back ground for each tea which enhances the atmosphere along with the low sounds of each party’s voices as they are in awe over each course… The place is also children oriented, which I have to say that all the kids behave very well and are quite entertained with the selection of gift they have just for kids,,, they seem to never be bored??? The owner Judy Kelley is always friendly and welcoming she make everyone feel as though they are a part of her family, she knows everyone by name and their family members as well and when they all great her they to treat her like she’s family as well…She surprises people with birthdays as the whole staff comes out singing and bring out a can of their own blend of Birthday tea, which is great and a nice way to end the day!!! They are always very accommodating to any needs and special request which is why I think that Mullen’s Herbal Teahouse is my favorite Teahouse that my wife and I have ever attended…. Thanks for being so Great!!!!

Mullen's Teahouse is by far the BEST Teahouse you could ever go to. Their attention to details and creativeness is outstanding. You'll never see such a presentation until you attend a tea and be amazed for your self at what they can do. The place itself has a cozy feel with an elegant look to it that over comes you and makes you never want to leave; I could just sit there for hours drinking my tea and feel like I am at home but only better!!! The people that work there are the best you could ask for, they are amazing, kind, knowledgeable and consistently attending needs of others as well as doing a great job. If there is ever a place to go for tea Mullen's Herbal Teahouse is the place to be!!!!!
