No. 10 Palmer Place

Tearoom closed June 2011. It was my favorite place to go. The owner is looking for new location. Hope they reopen soon.

I was disapointed with this tea room. I was looking forward to trying this tearoom out. I was in a group of 10 ladies and our service was very well lacking. When making and confirming the reservation time for my group, they had three different times listed. On the day of the event they were not ready for us at our 1pm seating. It seemed as if they were more preoccupied with the party of 16 than for our small party of 10. The tea selection was huge, served in cute tea-pots. I was disapointed that they used tea coozies though as the point of having tea is to enjoy the pretty tea pot as well as the tea.

This tearoom is closing at the end of June for short time. The owner is in the process of finding a new location closer to the Cleveland area. Maybe the new location will bring a bit better food and better service.

The tea list was limited. I spent alot to get small salad that was good. The turkey sandwich desribed on the menu sound great. When I got the turkey sandwich it was huge disapointment, just turkey on bread which I could make at home. I could have got a much better meal at a local dinner or subway.

This is a very nice tea room with a nice variety of teas including herbals. The building is pretty regular, but the decor is classic tearoom. Servers are nice, the food is good and the tea is great. One time we visited, they brought sample teas to our table. A great idea. We visit this tearoom often for special occasions.
