Olivia's Tea Room

Miss Alice and Miss Karen did a wonderful job of hosting our special event...a surprise 40th birthday tea! The food was delicious, multiple varieties of special blend tea served in handpainted teapots and the ambience delightful, adding up to a perfect occasion. Thank you!

This was a fantastic after Christmas tea for my 3 granddaughters and their mothers.Everything was wonderful,from the 4 pots of different teas to the make your own sundaes and surprise gift at the end. Food was kid friendly and adult delicious. People are the nicest. Girls loved taking their dolls and shopping afterward. Thanks for a most memorable afternoon. My great niece who is 5,stated ' I don't want it to ever end'! Will be back to do it again!

I went here for my sister's birthday and we had a great time. By the time we left we were soo full. The scones with apple butter and clotted cream were great. Serve was great, very friendly. There is also a gift store with doll clothing. I would definitely come back!

We had a great experience! We took our daughters for a tea party with their American Girl Dolls. The kids had a wonderful time and were served kid friendly food. The food served to the adults and the variety of teas served were delicious. We definitely did not go away hungry. I would do it again.

Everything was wonderful! The scones were the BEST I've ever had. We went there for my sister's bachelorette party. Thanks for making it so special!

Small tearoom but the atmosphere was warm and friendly. The food was excellent. You will NOT go away hungry.

I have been to numerous tearooms all over the country in my travels. I'm accustomed to having loose tea both in tearooms and at home. Olivia's offered us 3 different varieties of tea the 1st & 3rd were my preferences. Don't remember the 1st but the 3rd was a pomegranite + something else and was quite good. The food served at tearooms in PA is different than what I am used to having in that some places serve soup &/or salad along with scones, sandwiches & desserts. The mini-quiches at Olivia's were very good as was the salad. The desserts,chocolate covered strawberry, mini-chocolate cupcake & mini-tart were delicious but I had them to go since I was too full at serving time. Another item that I enjoyed was the lemon curd which compapred favorably with what I make & like.

All in all a successful tea although the room was a bit small which made it a bit noisy for me.

We had a wonderful bridal tea.The food was wonderful and I loved the summer tea!. We had a wonderful time and Alice was accomodating, fantanstic and so personable. I enjoyed the variety of teas and food as well as the beautiful decor.

We recently had a baby shower at Olivia's Tea Room and had a very nice time. Alice was very accommodating to our needs...dietary, room for 'onesie decorating', and room layout changes. I appreciated being able to come in and co-host with her.

We attend the tea this weekend and it was wonderful. The food was excellent. Dessert was very refreshing and tasty. We had two young ladies with us and thier menu was very speecial and they love it! Highly recommend, espically for little girls to enjoy.

I was the birthday girl at a surprise party given by my group of friends. What a delightful tea room! Great Victorian decore, scrumptious food and tea, wonderful service from Alice, and a fabulous shopping opportunity. This was a very memorable birthday!

My mom, grandma, sister, and I had the High Tea yesterday at Olivia's. We have been going to tearooms in PA, MD, and FL and have to rank Olivia's as to be an excellent choice if you want to go for a tea! Alice is a wonderful, friendly, outgoing hostess! Each pot of hot tea she brought us was a different flavor and so unique and different then other tearooms offer. She mixes the blends herself. Me and my sister just LoVeD the chicken salad, my mom's favorite was the pumpkin white chocolate chip scones with apple curd and Alice's homemade clotted cream, and Grandma's fav was the desserts! Thanks Alice for making this a memorable afternoon for us!

We had an adult birthday party at Olivia's for one of our group and were overwhelmed at the preparation poured into this event by the hostess. The friendly atmosphere added to the general fun. The food was amazing and plentiful. We all had such a great time we didn't want to leave! My thanks go out to Olivia's for making our party a memorial event.

If you enjoy going to tearooms then Olivia's is one you have to visit! The tea (both Hot and Cold} is delicious. Their new Summer Breeze is about the best tea I ever had. The food was both plentiful and very tasteful. The service was wonderful. Very pleasant and pleasing atmosphere. The owner share how to brew a good cup of tea and she even shared her clotted cream receipe with us! I HIGHLY recommend Olivias to everyone to come and enjoy. I know I will be back many times. Thanks for a wonderful afternoon.

Had a LOVELY and fun evening at Olivia's with a group of friends. Our Hostess, Alice, was just wonderful and made us feel 'right at home'!

I recently visited Olivia's with my mother and daughter. The three of us had a wonderful time...the children's food was adorable and the adult food was delicious! The teas were amazing! Loved the iced apricot/mango/coconut blend! The ladies at Olivia's were wonderful and showed us a lovely afternoon. We'll be back!

Friends and I went to celebrate two birthdays. The food was excellent and we loved the different teas that were offered. We will be back.

Olivia's hosted my daughter's 6th birthday party. Very nice setup, organization and flow to the tea party with a combination of brunch, craft making, gift unwrapping and finally cake. I would recommend this as special treat or birthday party for a handful of young ladies and their dolls.

We enjoyed Hight Tea in honor of my grandmother's birthday complete with lovely food and cheerful service. Simple jewerly making was even provided for the children to assist in keeping them engaged. We will be visiting again to celebrate my daughters 5th birthday later this year.

Finally taking the time to rave about our visit in December, right after Christmas. My mother and my three girls enjoyed a high tea. The staff was very welcoming and accomadating. My youngest daughter is 2 1/2 and they provided us with a booster seat and she was served everything her big sisters were! She loved it and the staff again were wonderful, accomadating us with her and our other girls! The food was delicious and fun! We made a wonderful memory that day! We definitely reccommend making memories with the little girls in your life at Olivia's Tea Room!

Wonderful time here three generations Girls time out. My 9-year-old was hesitant as she wasn't fond of dolls, however, there were wonderful books, very kid friendly 'special display of food' and she was even able to make a little winter bracelet which she wears and reminds her of our special time. We have been to several in the S Central PA area and this will be a favorite repeat.

I recently attended a special Valantine Day Tea at Olivia's with my daughter and my granddaughter. It was beyond wonderful! The tea was delicious. Even my 10 year old granddaugher love the house blend(she also loved the pink lemonade). The food was also delicious. The scones were to die for with the clotted cream. My granddaughter was served her own special tray of goodies which she just loved. Everything was presented so nice and so appealing. The service was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. The gift of roses at the end was very thoughtful. (Grace was even given her own Valentine goodie bag which she also loved) It was a wonderful afternoon for all! I will be bringing other friends to enjoy this tearoom for it is the best. Thanks to all!!!

I can't really attest to the quality of their teas, but if you are looking for an easy and fun birthday party-this is your place! We had our daughter's 5th birthday party today. Literally all I had to do was bring the goody bags. When the girls came in the staff hung their coats, they organized a group picture, they set the girls up with their dolls to eat, they served the food, they cleaned up, they did a craft, then they set my daughter up to open gifts. After gifts they served the cupcakes (which they provided) and ice cream. We just sat back and watched and took pictures. I know the kids all enjoyed it very much! Would highly recommend for a girls birthday party!
