Variety:     Artistry:     Service:     Food: like the other person who reviewed pastiche. dessert cant be beat, whenever someone comes here from out of state we always have dessert there. as for the tea, well i never considered it to be a tea room but yes they have it and they do an ok job serving it, but if you are there for tea you have unreal willpower. creme brulet is the best in the state. enjoy

Variety:     Artistry:     Service:     Food: Pastiche is a wonderful little cafe with amazing desserts and coffees. Their tea selection is reasonable but the focus of this cafe is the dessert, then the coffee, and tea would be a distant third. Go for the keylime pie and cappuccino, maybe not for tea.
